Terrible service. I am probably older than their average person but they assured me they had suitable matches in the data base. They only introduced me to 1 person who did not fit my criteria, and they did not seem surprised when I said I did not want to see this person again. They only responded promptly to emails and messages before I paid. A huge waste of money that I bitterly regret.

After months of online dating, I finally decided to focus on my love life. Hiring Macbeth as my personal matchmakers was priceless. There was an intake form, and then I met one of their staff in the Geneva office. We talked for hours. The introductions are better than expected. I have been on four dates so far, all wonderful matches. I am looking forward to meeting the love of my life.

Worst company ever. It's a one woman company and she is terrible with communication (doesn't respond to messages or emails for days/weeks). She takes two seconds to create a profile (asks you a few questions) then sends you matches that doesn't fit at all what your looking for, i.e. I was looking for someone who would be willing to relocate to my country, so she sends me someone who has a house and cannot relocate, things like that. She doesn't talk to the woman for you she sends them this profile with a few things about you and that's it, she doesn't put any effort in it. A total waste of money.

I have had a very professional experience with company since the very beginning. I was overwhelmed and happy after my first date as they had paid a lot of attention to my preferences related to the age and background. Due to lack of time from work and regular routine I needed some assistance in searching a soul-mate. The company has been such a savior in finding the perfect date for me. I have been meeting women who are worth the time. They are all equally interested and serious as me. I highly recommend this company for all professionals in Senior Executive positions.

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. Very expensive service, but I guess the price is OK for the clientele they say they target. Initially I had a very good conversation with Rossana, who described a highly selected and all-around "service" - from providing "high-level" profiles of singles to supporting through the dating process (not that I feel I need the latter much, but still - it wasn't provided at all). I am a young manager with a lot of interests and generally described as very attractive, so Rossana was happy to have me in their pool and said I would receive amazing matches.
I did receive 5-6 profiles over about 6 months (a "profile" is simply an email with 1-2 paragraphs of quite generic description of the person, then in case of interest form my side, the person's phone number), but frankly it felt like they were just sending me whoever they had in their database at the moment. Some of the profiles were outside of the age range I had indicated, or living abroad, or the profile description was so generic, it was almost impossible to decide based on that.
I don't mean to judge what "high level profile" means, but some of these people I could have definitely met also on much more common (and less pricey!) online dating sites.
Also, some of the people I was matched with and corresponded with were quite volatile and didn't really seem interested in meeting up, to the point that I wonder if they had also paid for the service or not.
Overall, the service seemed quite home-made to me, rather than a serious, selected match-making firm.
