Watch out unauthorized activity
Dishonesty, unauthorized activity on my bank account. They literally called me a liar. The driver or someone did it for her. Tapped the $5.00 tip circle on the app. The rude fare was $8.93 and a tip for 5 was added. Making it 13.93. I text them 8 times and they refused to refund. They said that I did it. I said I did not. They said was nothing I could do. They have the right. I have filed a claim with my bank. I told the bank it was unauthorized activity. This company is notorious for overcharging and claiming they have not and give the bank a hard time in getting the customers money back. This not the way business should treat customers. I feel my rights have heen violated. I would warn people to beware if they take your money unlawfully they are to give you and your bank a hard time. If you are senior watch out!! You are prey
