Horrible customer service! I wish I would have done a bit more research on this company before buying from them.

I bought one of the battery cases at the beginning of the year. It does not work properly, almost as if there is a short in it. It has to be laying a certain way to charge and if it moves even the slightest, it stops charging. When it does charge, it gets so hot I can barely touch it. I emailed the company simply asking for an exchange to a non battery case. I didn’t ask for a refund or a price difference or anything. Simply an exchange for a standard case. I received a response asking for pictures of the case which I sent. Then I was asked for a video of the case in charging mode and was given instructions on how to use the case. I know how to press a button, that isn’t the issue. I replied back that I just want to exchange the case because I am not happy with it. I haven’t gotten a response of course. This case does not work properly and I haven’t even had it two weeks. Do not buy from them!!

Case was a Christmas present for my daughter. She put the case on her phone and when she VERY CAREFULLY AND GENTLY took it off the charger snapped off. SO extremely disappointed. I have emailed the company three times, once right after it broke and haven't received one response. HORRIBLE customer service and I want everyone to know to NEVER buy anything from this company! They won't answer email or stand behind their product, which isn't cheap by the way. :( Total junk and a waste of $60.00.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT order from this brand! They take your money (in my friends case $200AUD + shipping) and never delivered the two cases that were ordered. They have been deleting our comments off FB and IG, ignoring emails and any attempts to communicate. They are attempting to sweep the whole situation under the rug. Horrible customer service! Deleting my comments and blocking me on social media wont work friends! I won’t stop until you’re out of business!

Wish i had read these reviews first!!! my battery charging phone case stopped working within the first two weeks I had it. No warranty no exchanges no refunds so now all i have is a very expensive phone case. I contacted the company they did respond by telling me how to properly charge the case. Yeah !! That is not the issue. I will never buy from this company again!

Bought the battery case and had it for about 4 months. Couldnt plug in the charger and found out the connection from the case to the phone was broken off and stuck in my phone. I was able to get it out along with a separate piece. I have sent several messages to company with no response!

Their battery cases are faulty! And once you open the package, they don't give refunds or exchanges. Thieves! And when you call them out on social media, they then prevent you from being able to comment any further or they block you. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)! They couldn't even respond to the investigation that the Better Business Bureau did. The BBB tried to reach out and request additional information from them, but they ignored it. If this doesn't speak volumes about their practices, then I don't know what does! They are a very shady company. They don't care about the customer what so ever and clearly don't care about their reputation. You can block me all you want on your social media pages, Luxy Lemon, but there are so many other ways to leave reviews about your shady company! Here's is one! Good luck staying in business.

Let me say that I almost NEVER leave a review... but not only does the phone case that I just started using two days ago NOT charge my phone the prong is now lodged in my actual phone! Seriously??? Now I have to try to figure out how to get the prong out of my iPhone! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY!!!

So disappointed, after a few days I realized the extra battery did not work.
I Wanted to send it back and Luxylemon said it needs to be in its original box and working!!!
Why do you think I’m sending it back “it doesn’t work that’s why I want a refund or a new battery charger!

I wish the was a no star rating. I bought one and after a few weeks stopped working. I though maybe it was something I did. I was loving it while it worked so hubby ordered me a new one and after two weeks same issues. It’s no longer charging my phone. They need to be shut down or lower the prices because it’s not worth it.

I wish there is a minus star option. There website is very descriptive and customer sucks. They are cheating on people. I ordered two of the phone cases as Christmas gift for me and my daughter. They send me wrong case and now when I am trying to change for the correct one they said it was part BOGO so no exchange and final sale. Well when ordered it never said that. So PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They blocked me on FB as well.

Ordered two different cases from Luxy Lemon for my IPhone 8+ and they didn’t even last a full week, the charging port is really cheap and bends easily. I paid a total of $94 for both cases, I sent them a video as proof that the cases weren’t working and got no response. When I commented on how horrible their products were on Facebook and Instagram they blocked me. I’m grateful that I paid using pay pal, I’m trying to get a refund now! Don’t waste your money, total scam company who doesn’t give a damn about it’s customers!

Ask for a refund after sending back my product which was in the 48 hour rule they have. Haven’t heard from them at all emailed and called them still no response.

Terrible charging case. I purchased two and both quit charging my phone within the first month. Avoid.

I spend 50 bucks on a stupid phone case that doesn’t even let you listen to music at the same time. I would always have to switch to two phone cases which made it annoying and inconvenient. Change doesn’t even last an hour and then now it only charges for 1 minutes and shuts off. Awful. Do not waste your money

I just received my case and it worked great the first week and it’s no longer working. The port is very loose and will not hold a charge! I’ve been reading the reviews and this seems to Be an ongoing issue. I am very unsatisfied because this case was almost $50! I would. It waste my money go with Mophie or something else.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought 2 Battery Power cases on 12/24/19 for my iPhone 7 Plus and 1 of them would not hold the Lighting Charging Connector. The plug in port was loose and would not charge either the case OR my iPhone. I sent them a email letting them know that and requesting the process as to getting a replacement. Within a hour they responded asking for pictures of all sides. I sent them back within 15 minutes. They then responded asking if the light came on when charging and gave me a tutorial on how too charge my phone. I responded again about the plug in port and received another tutorial on how to insert my phone into case, plug in the charging case and my phone. I finial told them to quit giving me the run around and all I wanted was a replacement. they then responded asking me to send them a VIDEO with me inserting the phone into case and also charging case so they could see wither or not the lights on the case were coming on. That was TOTAL CRAP! I'm not stupid and I know when something is broken. With every email I sent them I asked How To Get a REPLACEMENT. With each of their responses they did not even talk about how to return or get replacement. They are very condescending and obviously do not want to give a replacement. AND for the record, I contacted them within their 2 DAY RETURN POLICY. OH, AND NOW I'M STARTING TO HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE 2ND ONE I GOT AT THE SAME TIME. You will be taking a chance if something goes wrong with your product and you need to replace or return.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a battery case. It arrived timely however it was defective. The charging hole is larger than a lightening apple charger so the charger prong just doesn’t stay in. I tried five different charging wires. All same issue. I emailed numerous times. I called the number on their website which is not a company number. No satisfaction. I then left a post on their Facebook page about the issue. They deleted it and blocked me. I left another one on their Instagram page. They did the same thing. It’s a very bad company with zero customer service.

I ordered a charging case in October - and it came broken! The charge Point was broken! I emailed the company as soon as I realized it was broken - WITH pictures. I had NO reply in two days. I emailed a second time and was asked to send a picture of the design - I assumed to send me a replacement. Another few days went by and still no email or I’m sorry or notice of a new one being sent,
I have complained to the BBB about it - and now going to file a complaint with my state and the state of NY about this.

This is flat out fraud!
They take your money and don’t care about their policies that are written on their website and will not reply to you.
This was $50 down the hole!

Item did not arrive.
No longer respond to emails.
Avoid.
