The first time purchasing from them I had no issues with the case, and when it finally broke it WAS my fault as I was taking the charging case on and off and it broke the part that goes into the phone. I repurchased a month to two months ago and not only does it NOT work with my wireless charger like it says it will, but it’s also broken after a month or so of use. The part my phone charger goes into at the bottom is broken when I’ve done nothing wrong so now I have to lay my phone a certain way to charge it, and the case no longer charges. My phone will charge but that’s it. I really hoped this would work. It’s a great product idea it’s just poorly executed by Luxy Lemon.

Worst experience online shopping! My wife bought a battery case for iPhone11 Max. But she did not like it and emailed them, from whom she got the address to be shipped. She shipped it and verified ithe delivery with a tracking number. She waited a couple of days for the refund, which did not happen. And then she emailed again, again and again, but no response. Phone call goes to the voice message. They took her hard earned money. I have been telling my friends not to buy anything from this company, and don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. No business ethics!!!

Wow! Wish I would’ve done some research, judging from the reviews, I could’ve avoided this mess...NEGATIVE ZERO stars if it were possible to rate as such, TERRIBLE experience with this company, although I’m sure the product itself is probably good, the customer service is horrible, I purchased a “holo” case after 6 DAYS, it started to buckle in 2 places, I immediately contacted them, a day later I received a response, they offered me a 20% return on a 6 day old item, after expressing my displeasure they agreed to a refund, there was an issue with the original packaging, but it all worked out (this took about a week to resolve due to their response time) I had additionally purchased 2 more, but after having such an unpleasant experience, I decided to send back upon receipt which I paid over $16.00 to send back with tracking so I could ensure they received (my choice) for both and they also informed me that shipping would be deducted from the return. They received per Tracking info. it has been a week today and no refund, no communication to my emails....nothing. So I have no cases ($121.00 plus in cases) and no refund. Hopefully no one has the experience I had. I would caution that you keep all packaging (I luckily did) as they will not accept returns if it’s not in original packaging, and hope that your case is not defective. Just a horrible experience, although I would like a pretty rechargeable case, this company is not for me. I hope everyone else has better luck.

I bought the case because it is cute! Literally second time charging it the charger broke off... IN MY NEW PHONE!!! Husband used a thumb tac to pry it out 🤦🏼‍♀️... wish this was better quality.. also there is no protection for screen! At all! No number anything.. better off with out this product.

BUYER BEWARE. Emailed them with a question, they got right back to me. Then the charging connection snapped off on 2nd use. Emailed them again, about 5 times, no reply. Tried via SEVERAL social media sites. No reply. This went on for MONTHS. Placed a claim thru paypal, they didn't respond. Paypal refunded my money.

JUST BOUGHT A PHONE CASE FROM THEM AND IVE YET TO GET MY ITEM THEY SENT MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG CITY AND WHEN I EMAILED THEY WERENT HELPFUL AT ALL THEN WHEN I REQUESTED REFUND THEY STOPPED RESPONDED SO IVE REPORTED THEM TO BBB PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could I would give zero stars , I ordered a charging case and it was supposed to be delivered today , I waited all day , checked the mail twice and then I find an alert from them saying that my address is wrong and they’re sending it back bc they couldn’t deliver it . I know for a fact that I wrote the address right , so I emailed their support and they asked for my order number so I sent it to them and have heard NOTHING back . Glad I wasted 50 dollars !!! 😡

At this point if I could, I would give zero stars. I purchased two battery cases and one "blue" halo case. Battery cases and blue case were received on Friday 5/15 and one battery case was broke on Monday 5/18. The charging piece broke off. I contacted them immediately about the "blue" case (but the one I received was green) and told them the color was not what I ordered. They told me it was a final sale. Fine if the product was what I ordered but it was not. Not even close in color. They have not responded to my numerous emails and will now be contacting the BBB. Then on Monday the battery case broke. They asked for a picture of the broken case, which I provided. They then sent a request for a picture of the front and the back. I have not heard back from them regarding the battery case but will also reach out to the BBB if need be. PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE your money.

Trash , trash & did I mention TRASH ?!?? Charging unit got stuck in my phone and broke off within minutes. Also I posted my review on their website but they never revealed it. Save your money from these scammers!

Like many other reviewers here, I too placed an order for a charging battery case. I paid for the item and it was never sent to me. They sent me a fake tracking number when I inquired about my missing order, but after that would not respond. I tried to contact them on social media but they blocked me when I posted that I never received the phone case I paid for. They also deleted my post. Just about the shadiest company I have ever encountered and there is no doubt that they are actively committing fraud. The BBB website currently has an alert on their web page warning people to not do business with this company as they have a long history of taking people’s money, but not shipping the product.

Just got my Lucy lemon case and. It does not protect the front of my phone. I am now having issues with charging my phone. It will no longer charge past 8%. I will have to get another phone because I believe this messed up my charging port. Not worth it.

Would give no stars if I could.
My daughter ordered a case 3 months ago. Never turned up. Emailed them many times. They no longer return any emails. Left a message on their facebook page and they deleted it. This company is terrible!!!!!

I emailed severL times for a proper tracking number and they would just give me excuses and no tracking number just the same one they gave me before I rang the company that was supposed to be with the tracking number but it didn’t exist after another month of it not arriving Luxy lemon customer service team stopped replying to my emails. I then had to contact my bank to get my money back. Haven’t heard anything from Luxy lemon about this issue since but they have no problem sending me emails thanking me for purchasing this product that I never got! COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I bought 2 phone cases for my auntie and i and i spent A$120 on it, they never arrived! I emailed them and i got a response the first time but afterwards i was being ignored so i decided to comment on facebook and instagram adds and i messaged them on both as well, so they decided to block me so I can’t warn others about them and I can’t get my money back. luxy lemon is a THIEF! I’ve had others tell me they had the same experience, the first time I ordered with them all was good but the second time was terrible! The phone cases are great quality if you’re lucky enough to get what you paid for!

I ordered broke a few days after I got it.
I got a new one sent to me, but this one won’t harge my phone at all and the headphones do t work with my phone.

Then they blocked me from their Facebook page after I commented on their service with me!

I wish I could give less than one star. I was so excited to order my charging case and screen protector for my phone. The reviews on the website were pretty good, so I thought why not?! I waited 2 weeks after my initial order before I emailed the company asking for possible shipping update. I got a response a few days later saying the screen protector was delaying the shipment but they’d get it to me soon! Awesome! Nope. I waited a few days, and when I still hadn’t heard anything, I sent an email. No response. I called the next day and left a message. No response. I sent a Facebook message. I got a response that simply said “email us!” So I did. Again. No response. I called several times. Emailed several times. Finally I called and left a message saying I wanted to cancel my order. Sent an email saying the same and how I was disappointed. No response until a FULL WEEK LATER. All the response said was “we’ve cancelled your order and refunded you.” No apology, no “sorry to lose your business.” Do not do business with this company. The customer service is sub par at best. I hate to say it. But I said it.

If I can rate this company zero stars I would. Purchases three battery phone cases and all three of them in a matter of a week STOPPED WORKING! Emailed them, got a response fairly quickly, however the response i got was ridiculous, all they tried to tell me is how to plug the cord at the bottom of the case as I dont know how to charge a phone. After i replying stating that the answer i got was absurd and did not help me at all. NOTHING i got no emails back its like suddenly they dont see any of messages but still commenting of facebook reviews and posting on instagram. SCAM SCAM SCAM spent over 180 dollars on these cases. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. This company should be exposed for the BS that they advertise and how misleading they are. NEVER BEEN MORE ANGRY AT A COMPANY.

I ordered a case from luxy lemon, they sent it to the wrong country, when I finally got through to someone they told me they had done everything they could and stopped replying to my emails.
I was ripped off and scammed by this company DO NOT BUY from this company.
