Getting worse over time??
I’ve purchased a couple different charging cases from them over the years. My first one was back in like 2017-18 and it worked just fine, lasted about 2 years before I got a new phone. No issues whatsoever. When I got a new one after the change (and also after they started “upgrading” their charging cases to a different look) the problems started. I’ve never contacted them about it, but judging by the other reviews here I won’t waste my time lol. The one I bought most recently will be my last one from them. Something is faulty with the connector at the bottom of the case, it’ll charge for a bit before it starts going on and off and my phone hardly gets a charge because it isn’t a steady connection, and the case itself still loses power while not working. Even with my phone just sitting there it’ll go on and off over and over. UGH. I’m always very careful with my electronic accessories so I’m not throwing it around, but the connector bent at the bottom somehow at some point so I’ve gotta adjust it when I put it on as well. It’s just a hassle… and for how much they cost it’s no longer worth it at all. I’ve barely used it unless I really need to/forgot to charge my phone overnight. It seems like the quality of at least the charging cases by them has gone down quite a lot over the years which is a bummer. I haven’t bought any of their other products so I can only speak for those. Oh well!!

I bought my case back in Jan and I’ve only used it a few times, I only use it when I need extra battery to get through a day, the last time I used it I noticed it doesn’t charge that well then after using it today I see that the wires have completely come undone And it does not charge my phone at all. This comes at a bad time, I am on vacation and no longer have a battery case or any case for my phone. This is ridiculous I barely use it and it already isn’t working. I followed all the instructions for putting my phone in the case and taking it out. Wiring that connects the plug in to your phone to the battery has completely come apart and is detached from the battery. This product is made so cheaply that they can’t even pay more to secure the plug a better way. So I’ve only used it a few times paid more than I should have because of the design and now it doesn’t work so I need to buy a new battery case. I’ve contacted them and have not heard back in over 10 days.

Im really bummed I didn’t see the ratings. I love Luxy Lemon because they have the cutest cases. Also they charge incredibly fast ! I had my first one for almost a year when the metal piece inside that charges the phone broke. I used the case non stop and figured that it lasted a while. Now, I have had my new case with them for maybe a month, and the piece that charges completely snapped off. Again. I wrote customer service and have heard nothing back. Super bummed because the cases cost so much and mine already broke. You can argue “wear and tear” but how come I had my first one for so long then? I won’t be buying another one. Sucks though because now I am out the money.

I have been in contact with luxylemon for nearly 2 months now. The spokes person that handled my complaint, her name was Dawn. She was great the first time I complained. I got a faulty case, that would not even charge. She sent out a new one. She communicated with me within 48 hours. The second case, was crap. It fell apart within the first three days. I have course messaged her back because we had been talking consistently throughout the first problem. She however, on the second complaint, will not answer or return a message. I have been trying to Communicate with her for nearly 2 weeks now. This is getting ridiculous. I want a return, and I want the company to reach out to me. This poor customer service is just not acceptable.

Wish I had seen the reviews. Received a faulty battery case. Contacted luxylemon immediately via email. First they asked for pictures, then video, kept suggesting I was doing something wrong. I finally filed a complaint with the credit card company and the BBB. They have an F rating from the BBB.

This company is a scam. I was sent a faulty battery pack phone case. When I tried to call the number listed on their website I got a busy signal every time. I then sent an email and after a month of sending several emails I received a response. They asked me for pictures of the item. I sent the pictures and never heard back. I tried to contact them on all of their social media pages and was soon blocked. I wish that I would have read trust pilot before I purchased from this scam of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
Broken case and no one to speak to
I ordered a case on black Friday and this week it just stopped charging my phone. The lights on back of case would go on but my phone was not charging. I emailed, contacted through their website and called customer service with no response. These cases are expensive and its extremely disappointing that it just stops working but even more frustrating is that customer service does not answer!

I was so disappointed. I’ve ordered at least 4 different cases through the years and their customer service got worse this year. (I had an issue once and they replaced my case right away a few years ago)
Anyways, this time, it took over 2 months to arrive- each time I wrote them I was polite and understanding that there was a delay. But after waiting 2.5 months, It finally arrived as then surprise! I had to pay 30 euro port fees.
I have never had to do this before, and they never warned me. So my discounted Black Friday $49 case now became $80 after a 2.5 month wait.
After their last message “we’ll investigate this delay” I explained the situation nicely but that I was disappointed and requested a refund for at least the port fee.
No news.
Rewrote them, still no news. Having been in customer service I figured my message was archived in an agent’s dashboard being ignored so I started a new thread mentioning my case number.
Response! Rude saying they did respond but “sorry that I never received it” — classic customer service response. (I know all the tricks) and that all the sudden there is a link to the port fee explanation. No apology, no refund. Super disappointed. They lost a loyal customer. Maybe they just need to focus on their customer service.

I ordered 2 battery cases. After ONE WEEK they both broke. I’ve emailed them so many times and they NEVER respond. I’ve called. I’ve commented on social media’s. They blocked me. At this point it’s not even about the case, it’s the fact that they ignore. FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. I’m irate. What kind of company ignores someone who just supported their business????

I recently had a case stop charging for no reason. So I sent a video showing this. Emailed video to a luxylemon rep. She was very nice & sent me a new case immediately. I was very surprised. I have ordered before. Because I love the designs. I have had a few cases stop charging in past. But I thought it was me. That maybe I pulled it out at an angle. But I was careful each time I handled the case. I feel like they are getting better at keeping a charge now. The past few cases still work. Knock on wood they continue to work. Because they are so adorable. And I need that extra charge. But now I know it wasn’t me when the previous cases broke....
Received a case as a birthday gift
Received a case as a birthday gift. I was super excited. However before I even had a change to use it the little metal piece broke as I was insert the phone just as the instruction said to. When I tried contact them on many occasions no response. I do not recommend it!

It did not hold a charge and even with being carful and following the instructions on how to remove the phone from the case the charger port broke off. super disappointed in this product.

I had ordered the first battery case the wrong size,,,,my bad.,,,,returned it in September and I’m still waiting for my credit. They are less than helpful and I believe I will never see my money. The second one I got broke right away.,.the first day. I took my phone to my carrier’s store for a new screen cover. When the guy took the cover off the charger broke off. He felt so bad and tried to pay me out of his pocket which there was no way I would accept. Also if you use car play or charge your phone in the car it won’t work. Waste of $100! I know there is no way they will take responsibility for their cheap merchandise if they don’t even refund my money on the returned item!

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought a case and was super happy with it. Then a month later it stopped working. I reached out via facebook, email and messenger with NO response. Bet if you wanted to add to an order or had a question that would help you buy their product they would answer in a hurry. :(
Far from the best, but not the worst
So I ordered this case (iPhone 11 Battery Charging Case) impulsively due to excitement. The first thing that threw me off was shipping. They had two options; ‘USPS Shipping’, and ‘USPS Standard Shipping’. The first was free, but the second option cost $3.99 more. I went with the second, assuming that the shipping was going to be faster. However, it still arrived around 3-5 business days, to my disappointment.
The case came in perfect condition and the charge contained around 120%. I charged the case and my phone separately. I made sure to keep some battery life in the case and to take the case off properly. However after a couple weeks, the charge in the battery case seemed to have lowered. I will still use it as a charging case just for SOME extra life, but I am not going to be buying another one, as the design is very pretty but the functionality is poor. I don’t recommend anyone who wants a long lasting battery charging case to buy this.

Do not buy from here! SCAMMERS. I didn’t even receive my parcel tried contacting them through customer service email, instagram and Facebook. I received no response, left on seen and clearly being ignored. Wasted $80! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!

I like many other people wish I could give this company a zero. I ordered 3 cases in August, 2 came broken, surprisingly they sent me 2 new ones. A month later they’ve all stopped working. They aren’t replying to emails, calls, or messages on social media. Do not waste your money! These are garbage products from a garbage company with the worst excuse for customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars, and wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing a case. Within two days, chunks of the case were breaking off, and then the entire corner piece around the camera broke off also. I reached out to customer service, they did initially reply, telling me they could offer me a 20% refund on the case. I should have taken it. I told them I wanted to return it and have not heard back from then since, even after several more emails. I tried writing comments and reviews on their social media pages which they have taken down. Awful product and even worse customer service. It's Amazon for everything I purchase online from now on!
