It is a scam. Do not buy. Put first order in March 2019 - it’s The end of July now and still waiting despite customer service having allegedly resending the order. I have requested a refund however customer service has ceased responding to my emails. Having read other reviews on this site and having the same experience I don’t even think they ship orders to Australia.

This company is absolutely horrible
This company is absolutely horrible. I'm honestly not sure how they are still in business. I purchased a bulk order all to be delivered to the SAME address. All cases were delivered aside from 1. That 1 was "attempted" to be delivered multiple times, without any luck. I even had it redirected to a different address, still no luck. Initially, I got a few responses via email from a customer service rep. After a few emails, the rep stopped answering. I reached out on social media as well, with no luck. What company in 2019 doesn't have a rep monitoring social media for customer complaints!? I am extremely confused how 1 bulk order all delivered to the SAME location resulted in 1 case being lost..with still 0 answers as to where it is and most importantly, 0 refund. This company is a SCAM. The case I got broke after about 2 months of use. So, even if you get the case, it's not worth it - as it doesn't last. You are MUCH better off going else where, spending a little more money, and finding a company that is reputable.

Case broke and didn’t work as advertised customer service stopped answering after my initial complaint when I complied with all the request of sending my order number and photos of the case, I tried emailing another 3 times and got no response but still get emails about advertisements for new cases. Company is a complete scam and I hope hope you read this before buying. Huge mistake 60$ down the drain. Scammers/ horrible company

SCAM ALERT- despite the glowing reviews on their website claims high quality and satisfaction, the chargers are a joke. Save your money, the quality is awful. The part that fits into your phone is been down upon arrival and you have to adjust it. This makes it loose and after a couple of days, it will completely break off and get stuck inside your phone. There is a reason the don’t give refunds are accept returns-they’d never make any money.

Do not buy from this company. I live in Australia and have not received my case I paid for. DHS states it was delivered, to whom I have NO idea.
Then luxury Lemon tells me it’s my fault as my address is “incomplete “ - which it was NOT.
I’ve asked for a formal review and luxury lemon customer service has gone quiet and not helping me at all. Not even a “hey we will look into this or replace the items you bought!” Nothing...

It has instructions on how to use it which was perfect because this is my very first charging case. Thank you for always having special discounts! My case came super fast. I will be ordering more things from you guys!!!
WHERE IS MY ORDER OR REFUND???
I placed an order on April 26th and I STILL do not have it to Australia. After confirming my address on 15th June the customer service team have gone quiet and hasn’t responded to any emails or private DMs. The tracking has not been updated since 1st May from a transit company in Frankfurt, DE when apparently stock comes from cananda. I’m still waiting on an outcome from an investigation that was apparently lodged. Even DHL wouldn’t help me as the sender has to contact them. It’s now 10 weeks since purchase and I’m getting nowhere. Refund me my money Luxy Lemon. It is now July 7.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on April 15th and I STILL don’t have it. After confirming my address on 26th May the customer service team has gone quiet and hasn’t responded to a singlet email or private DM. It is now July 3rd and no contact beside them deleted my comments from their social media pages.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My case I got a few months ago quit working (haven’t had it off since I got it in the mail) have tried 4X to contact the company with no response. I keep commenting on their posts and it keeps getting deleted!! Super shady customer service!!
Update: I have now been blocked from commenting on their Facebook posts. Do not let them scam you out of your money!
Mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings about this case. So initially it worked as it was supposed to, but once the case ran out of battery and I plugged it in my iPhone prompted me that it didn’t support the function. I had to take my iPhone out and charge it separately. Then charge the case on its own which took a full day. After that it went back to working normally. I have to do it this way any time the case runs out of battery.
I guess now that I found the way around it, it’s not that bad but still a nuisance.

I would not buy anything from them! I have bought charging cases from them. My mom’s and my aunt’s both broke within 2 months. My mom’s just stopped charging and my aunt’s charging port broke off of her case. I have filled out several contact forms and emailed several time and they will not respond!!! Beware of buying anything from them. Terrible customer service!

i ordered a phone case that "apparently" was shipped out on the 7th May - the last update was that it had left Germany May 10 en-route to Australia and haven't had an update since! i have sent numerous emails about the matter only to be told "they cant see any issues from there end" even asking if i had shipped to my address before - when i had ordered from them not only 2 weeks prior and had no issues! if i am not going to receive my order i'd rather be told, have my money returned so i can go elsewhere to buy a case i KNOW will come, and according to other reviews - will actually work for more than a month.......
Beyond a joke now i just wanted my case.

Never received my order, sent numerous emails over a period of 4 weeks, zero response to this day, worst customer service I have ever encountered will not be purchasing from them again nor would I recommend anyone else buying from them
Worst company ever
I started out with a really positive feeling when I purchased two cases for 77$ in total.
A few months went by and I received a letter from the Danish Postal Service called PostNord, and I got a package and have to pay taxes for this packages. I contacted LuxyLemon and wanted to return them because I did not accept to pay more for these two things. They told me to send the items back and wait until they received them. I waited and waited but they didn’t contact me. I contacted them several times to make a complaint about the packages but not a single person wanted to help. I even went as far as contacting USPS and talked to a woman called Yolanda, who told me that the possibility of Luxy Lemon receiving the package is high. This company use false good recommendations on their website and have a poor lack of customer service. I hope FBI will get involved.
Horrible product!
Horrible product. Don’t buy! When the case was delivered, the part that was supposed to charge my phone was bended inwards so it wouldn’t charge my phone. I tried to slightly and very carefully to shift it the right direction and it came apart. What a waste of money!
Piece of junk
Piece of junk. Had the same experience as below. They are helpful in Customer Service but then get to a point where they want a video. I will send them a video of me throwing it in the trash.
