Quality Dashcam installation...
Needed a front & rear dashcam fitted to vehicle, and found Luxury Auto House on the internet. Contacted via email to discuss options of dashcam with a waterproof rear facing camera, and was able to order the unit online via their website. Ricky, got me booked in, and the install was done on time and really well by his team. Collected vehicle the same day, and Ricky gave a demo of the unit, and ensured it was all connected to my phone before I left.
Really please with the result. The camera is a very discreet unit front and rear, well installed, and works a treat, with the defrost function on the windscreen working from the outset. Very professional set up, really friendly team, and looking at the workshop with everything they offer, they can really offer a lot more than I needed....

Well worth the price for the great look

Nightmare company to deal with
Nightmare company to deal with ! Selling items they do not have ,, paid them £207 and never recieved a thing ,, after a ton of emails i eventually got a refund. Be warned.

I’m sorry you feel this way, though I do want to clarify a couple of points for fairness. As soon as we were made aware of the stock delay, I reached out straight away via phone call to explain the situation and kept in touch via email throughout. Options were offered — either to wait for the updated model or to receive a refund — and once you requested the refund, this was processed immediately (with standard banking times applying).
As a small business, we do our very best to keep customers informed and resolve any issues quickly, but sometimes unexpected supplier delays are out of our control. I appreciate your frustration around the timing, though given that communication was maintained and the refund was completed, I feel the review doesn’t fully reflect the efforts made on our side to resolve the situation.
That said, we’re always looking to improve and your feedback helps us refine how we handle stock changes and delivery expectations in the future.
I hope you get a chance to reconsider your review to reflect the fairness.

Very poor customer service!
Ordered items that were meant to be custom made for my car, I provided various details regarding make, model, year and even photos.
The wrong items had been sent as in they were never meant or made for my car. I raised this to the company and again provided photos of how the items did not fit.
The only advice I had been provided was to force installation via the use of a hammer and some pliers to deform the "custom made items". The items in question were brake caliper covers and not going to withstand the forced approach without braking and perhaps damaging my car.
Additional advice provided was a reminder of no refunds.
My honest advice would be to avoid this company at all costs!

Even from the photos you provided, we can see that these covers would indeed fit your car perfectly.
We’re sorry to read your review, as it does not reflect the full context of our communication with you .
The product supplied was custom-made specifically for your vehicle and colour choice.
Before posting your review, we provided a detailed installation video showing the same calipers as your car and the exact covers you received.
The additional instructions,I recommend using a rubber mallet (not a hammer) and pliers to gently squeeze the connectors — this is simply to help with positioning, as the covers are designed to be a tight fit for security and safety. It would not be enough to deform the covers as they are made from aluminium and stainless steel brackets.
It appears the items were not attempted to be fitted again before concluding they do not fit.
Although the very unfair and misleading review we remain happy to provide fitting guidance to ensure correct installation, if you can send us a video highlighting the issue and if for any reason we can’t provide a solution to make them fit correctly we CAN in this case accept a return but as per our policy, custom-made products are non-returnable.
Our goal is always to ensure customers are satisfied, and we’d encourage you to contact us directly so we can help resolve this .

Waited weeks , led down the path & then order cancelled with no reason.
Placed an order for brake covers that were advertised to be available for all vehicles .
I was updated saying item was getting fitment verified and then several weeks later cancelled with no explanation. Communications are really poor as I have tried several ways to contact them but 0 replies.
Thank you , just in response to your reply . I sent a mail to your info box on 30/04/25 enquiring about several sets of brake covers and left a voicemail a few days later when I didn't get a reply . My main point is there was no communication at all until I posted a review. If you need proof of comms that I sent let me know. Thanks

Caliper covers
Iv purchased 3 sets of caliper covers from Luxury Auto over the past year.
Good price, Easy to order,very good quality, very easy to fit, and delivery was very quick, packaged very well each caliper has its own little dust bag.
