This place has gone down hill. I am a long time customer and the past few months customer service has completely declined. I have emailed multiple times and get a generic response. I used to say how great the service was. I will be shopping elsewhere now.

Purchased Diamond Stripe Cotton Reversible Quilt with shams and my bed looks exactly like picture on package -- BEAUTIFUL. Delighted with purchase on 09/27/2025.

Package is missing - contacted Lush, said they would look into it and have not heard back. Tracking number provided only tracks US side to customs - not other tracking information has been provided. Where is my package!

Bedspread set very poor quality. Too thin, black color very washed out. Not a very nice bed set. Had to pay $32 dollars to return. Never order again.

I looked at all my local stores and couldn't find valances for my kitchen. Found Lush Decor Cynthia Jacobean Floral Print. Got them in 1 day and they are beautiful! I will definitely order more from Lush in the future.

Wonderful quality. I got the blackout thermo curtains. Does a great job keeping the cold out in winter. Very beautiful too.

I ordered my son a bed set and although it’s cute the quality is awful . I washed it before putting it on his bed and it fell apart. Certain areas of the comforter are sticking together and the filling inside moved around and now it’s lumpy in certain areas. It’s to bad because it’s really cute . I will be returning it and won’t purchase from Lush again . For $80 it wasn’t worth it .

Good quality shower curtain with timely shipping. I also appreciate that there are options, but not so many to cause decision paralysis. Prices are a little more than I would typically pay for a shower curtain. However, no complaints here.

Unfortunately, this quilt looks beautiful, but feels very cheap. The material is soft, but is very thin and does not feel like a quilt. Upon opening the set, chunks of woven material fell off with lots of stringy edges. It looks like this set wouldn’t last one machine wash, even if hand-washed. I’m bummed because it really is pretty and love that it’s reversible, but it certainly isn’t worth the price.

Update: LushDecor has really incredible customer service. I contacted customer service via email and got a response within minutes! I was refunded with ease and will most definitely purchase again from them in the future in hopes I can find what I’m looking for!

My experience purchasing a bedspread from Lush Decor was extraordinary!! Unfortunately, the bedspread didn’t work out for me, and I had to return this item. The process of my return and the speedy refund could not have been more efficient!! Extremely pleased and I will not hesitate to purchase from this company again!! Awesome!

The King, 3 Piece Reversible Quilt I purchased is quality, machine washable, under $100, and exactly what I was looking for, which I rarely see anymore. It fits my King size bed perfectly!

Beautiful color. Fabric is soft. I love the quality. Plan on ordering me something for the fall. I change my shower curtains per season. It's cheap for a quick change in the bathroom.

I had originally placed an order with Wayfair for beautiful curtains made by Lush Decor.
After experiencing a terrible experience with Wayfair customer service due to a missing button on a panel which they would not allow me to return - I decided to contact Lush Decor.
What a difference in customer service!

I was fortunate when I called to get to speak with Kim Foerst! What a pleasant experience it was. Kim was so wonderful to deal with and she assisted me with such a pleasant demeanor- so unlike my experience with Wayfair.
Kim resolved my missing button problem above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing more merchandise directly from Lush Decor not solely for their wonderful products - but because of the exceptional customer service and treatment I received from Kim.
I most certainly hope Lush Decor knows how fortunate to have such an exemplary employee on the staff!

The wrong color bedskirt arrived with the comforter set. I emailed lush decor and was responded to very quickly. They sent me the correct bedskirt within a week. Fastest customer service I've received in years. The comforter set is so beautiful and I would highly recommend shopping with lush decor.

My experiamce has been amazing. The website is user friendly and checkout and delivery are perfect. I recieved my package sooner rather than later. The curtains I purchased are made really nicely and are high quality. Keeps the sun out on sunny mornings and helps me to sleep better since they are blackouts. Highly recommended!

Several things contributed to my perfect rating of Lush Decor. My first purchase of a bedspread, which I totally love for our one guest room. The design, quality and promptness of the delivery was superb. Was it just beginner’s luck? I found another bedspread design I loved and quickly ordered it. Everything was spot, with one slight exception…the bedspread is mostly white, and within the stuffing of the spread, there were small (1”-3”) dark flecks of what appeared to be pieces of thick thread. I contacted customer service agent, Dana, who had emailed me after my first purchase to thank me and offer a 15% discount on my next purchase. I provided her with details of my finding, and included photographs. She promptly responded and offered to have the spread replaced, with her sincere apologies. This high level of customer service seems to be a dying art, but one I greatly appreciate. Lush Decor has a customer for life. They definitely stand behind their products and go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. If you see something you like, buy it; you won’t be disappointed, in fact you will be thoroughly delighted.
