wonderful experience

I visited this clinic for a course of Avi Clear having visited Dr Nicole and I was really happy with the warm welcome I was given each time I arrived and the high standard I received for each and every treatment.

I highly recommend this clinic and although my treatment has finished I will consider using them for other treatments and procedures.

I have been visiting Lumiere MediSpa for many years. I have found all members of staff exceptionally helpful and courteous at all times. Adrian is your consummate professional, very knowledgeable, skillfull, and takes time to explain different options available to suit your needs. Highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent Treatments for Acne!

Lumiere Medispa have been excellent. I've had acne for 12 years, tried almost everything, and nothing really worked. Over the course of a few months of treatments (mostly IPL and a couple of facials) my acne is gone. I've got a couple of scars left to fade, but no more spots. The team are so knowledgeable and kind, and I felt really looked after.

Pleasant experience, knowledgeable therapist

I arrived 30 mins late and the staff was very friendly and welcoming still. They explained kindly upfront that they were unable to therefore give me the full hour. However I managed to achieve all that I wanted for that day. Emma was knowledgeable and clear on her explanations, which made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. Nothing was rushed. A pleasant experience.

Would not recommend this place to…

Would not recommend this place to anyone . They disrispect them clients.
I came 9 minutes later for numing cream which wasn't even my appointment time and been told to leave, even if I offered to do it 9 minutes less .
Even though my appointment was after 21 minutes only.
I was completely shocked. You plan you weekend , take your time traveling ecc and they just refuse to to treatment because you didn't come for numing cream exactly 30 min earlier .

Please avoid in all cost , very arrogant and mean receptionist I will sure newer go back there anymore

Dear Andzelika, Thank you for your feedback. This is a very unusual situation we have found ourselves in, as we take great pride in providing excellent service to our patients. Fortunately I was able to take your call on the day that you demanded a manager be contacted and of course, I was happy to do so. However, I must make it clear that by that point, you had already verbally attacked our staff and were shouting in the practice, and I was not willing to accommodate you any longer. Our staff were visibly shaken after your behaviour, and we will never tolerate abuse of our staff. This was the second time you arrived late to your appointment (Your appointment is when you need to come - as per your pre-care email information, which states you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time). We do this to ensure you are comfortable throughout your treatment. Hannah, the receptionist you refer to, is one of the sweetest and kindest souls I know, and she was merely trying to look after you and reschedule you for another date. Our Saturday clinic is tightly operated because of the sheer demand, and we would never rush a treatment. Had we gone ahead on the day, you would have been very uncomfortable throughout your treatment, or we would have had to be late for someone else's appointment after you. This would not be fair to anyone. I believe, from our call records, that Hannah had specifically contacted you in the morning to make clear that you must arrive 30 minutes before the appointment. This was because you previously arrived 20 minutes late and expected everything to work around you. I hope you have since been able to reflect upon the caring nature of Hannah, whom you verbally abused, and the impossible situation I was in to discuss over the phone once you had created such a scene within the practice. I would also like to point out to you that your behaviour not only affected our staff but also the other patient who was in the clinic. She left worried and had to be contacted later in the day to check on her wellbeing. Thankfully she was more worried for the staff than herself.

Was very pleased with the service and…

Was very pleased with the service and treatment I received. Adrian Baker was very professional throughout the treatment, and listened carefully to any questions and answered them thoroughly. The treatment itself was again very professionally done and with minimal discomfort. Delighted!
