We have been working with Lumiere Consultancy for long enough now to happily recommend their services. Working in the catering industry can be stressful at times, however, the team always managed to organise the jobs on time and very efficiently. Menu development, food presentation and production were dealt with a lot of enthusiasm and therefore working together helped us deliver great results.

Ben has worked with us for a number of months to reshape our menu. He has given us creative input, balance and helped us cost the menus so that we are able to maintain budget. The larger project of scaleability whilst remaining at the cutting edge of food trends has been a great asset to our business. We will certainly be retaining his services..

Working with Lumiere Consultancy was a great experience. We built a great relationship where we worked well together. Communication was excellent and we felt like Ben really understood our vision and ethos and worked to our parameters very well.
