The order was sent in two separate shipments. One arrived within 2 days and the second within 7 days.

A really cool range of jewellery at a reasonable price. I bought an flatback earring for my helix and it is so cute! Really well made and ive had zero reaction to it :) the packaging it comes in is also really nice. Will defo buy from here again!!

I stumbled across Lucky Eleven while looking for a simple pair of everyday earning and ended up ordering almost immediately. What caught my eye was the clean and modern design style. When the package arrived a few days later, everything was packed neatly and felt surprisingly premium for the price point. I've worn the hoops I ordered nearly every day since then and they still look great. They're light, comfortable, and don't irritate my ears like some cheaper jewellery does. Honestly, it turned into one of those purchases where your'e glad you gave a smaller brand a chance.

Lucky Eleven turned out to be a really pleasant find. I ordered a pair of hoops and expected something decent, but they actually exceeded my expectations. The design feels stylish yet simple enough for everyday wear. It's the kind of jewellery that quietly becomes part of your routine because it matches almost anything you wear.

I’ve had so many compliments on the earrings! I brought a pair of green ombre Huggies and loads of people have noticed me wearing them! Including when I was doing my shopping in Sainsbury’s! Amazing customer service! You can really tell the owner cares about customer experience and when I had an issue with my order she sorted it right away ( no quibbles or asking for proof). Also the products are amazing which obviously helps the experience. I’ve placed two orders here and will definitely order again.

I found this store accidentally and I'm so glad I did! So many amazing pieces, I could have easily bought it all and they're amazing quality! The packaging was also so cute and came with a little silk pouch. Can't wait to buy more!

The Jewellery is absolutely gorgeous! I currently have 3 pairs of their hoops in all of my lobe piercings and I adore them! I also love that most things come in gold and silver!

I do not recommend this company. I placed an order on 20th Dec 2025. When I later checked the order status, I noticed the item was updated as a preorder, with orders being sent out on 5th Jan 2026. I emailed when they were not sent out after 5th Jan, no reply. After chasing on social media, i got a reply. I was offered a 10% partial refund and apologies for the delay. On 18th Jan when i still hadn’t received the earrings or the partial refund, I was told the order had been sent, but no tracking details were provided.
By 22nd Jan, nothing had arrived, so I chased once more. I was assured it had been dispatched. When I finally received tracking information, it showed the item had not even been sent yet. I was told the partial refund was still on the way. I monitored the tracking myself and eventually saw it had been dispatched, but days after what I had been told. There was a clear lack of honesty and transparency throughout. I eventually received the earrings and was offered a full refund if I returned the items due to the epic delay, but by that point I had completely lost trust and decided to keep them as i figured the refund would either take a long time to be processed or not received at all. I was told again the partial refund had been processed. To this day, the promised partial refund has not materialised. I can only assume i have been lied to, repeatedly.
I understand and appreciate this is a small business, but that does not excuse misleading communication, delays without explanation, and taking payment for orders that cannot be fulfilled on time, especially while heavily promoting themselves through targeted ads.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared for long delays, poor communication, being lied to and potentially being left out of pocket. Looking at other reviews, it seems I am not alone.
