Very poor, awful experience and service

I’ve always had a great experience ordering through Lucky Eleven. I’ve ordered a few times from them now, and I cannot fault their jewellery and the durability of it. I have purchased from other companies previously (and paid more) and the jewellery has tarnished quickly. My earrings even though now 2 years old are still looking just like new. I now repurchase not because I need to, but because they have sooo many designs that look amazing I just have to keep switching my earrings ups! Thanks again for always a top service when I order.

Ordered two pairs of Huggies and some charms for them. They were just as pictured when they arrived! I’ve had quite a few compliments on them and I have placed a second order.
I did ask customer service a question before ordering and they came back quickly.
Fast postage and well packaged.
I have sensitive ears and these have been great for me no issues at all.

Wonderful! Beautiful earrings, lots of choice and fast postage. Bought 7 earrings in total and they arrived within a week (ordered at the weekend, came on Thursday!) and they live up to my expectations. Have worn them constantly since, comfortable to sleep in and excellent quality. Will be ordering again!

Just like all the other bad reviews, I still haven't received my order to this day and its been a month. I posted this to one of their Instagram posts and it literally got deleted. This was my first time buying and never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience with a small business. Please consider all the bad reviews and actually do something about it because you certainly won't be getting any returning customers if this carries on.
