I ordered varifocals and was nervous because they can be tricky. They got it right first time and the transition feels smooth. No dizziness and no distortion, which I’ve had from others before. The frame fits well and feels solid. Excellent for the price.

Received glasses today. Thought I had purchased glasses that phased for sun, but they are varifocal sunglasses. My mistake but.... absolutely perfect fit, struggled with varifocals, these are perfect. Sent a fresh order for clear this time. Awaiting with anticipation. Reviewing against Specsavers versions. Lowcostglasses far superior in design and vision. Price excellent, order fairly easy although second order had to reset password to access my script. Delivery was longer than expected but arrived well packed. For second order paid for quicker delivery. Overall super. Btw messaged customer service who responded quickly. Well worth trying. Out of ten. Have to say ten

Great value compared with the high street and the glasses look really smart. Delivery was a little slower than I expected, but they arrived safely. Prescription feels accurate and I’ve had no problems wearing them daily. Packaging was solid and came with a case. Overall a good experience.

I ordered a pair of single vision glasses and they arrived exactly as described.The lenses are clear and the frame feels sturdy, not cheap at all.Ordering was easy and the updates were helpful.For the price, I’m genuinely impressed. Will be buying again.

Very very slow delivery, when I chased with customer services I was told they were dispatched but took over another week. Glasses themselves are fine

I am so pleased with my glasses, they fit well and cost literally a fraction of what I usually have to pay. I think that because of the low price I felt quite anxious about the process, thinking that I must have done something wrong for the costs to be so low and the process to have been so easy. Due to that I emailed the company several times and each time I received a prompt and courteous reply. In all it took 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive but this included 2 bank holidays plus they are varifocal and reactive lenses.

This company is a joke. Don't bother, seriously, don't give them your money. I ordered glasses 14/3/26 and still waiting 30 days later. I've emailed five times and they reply saying they're processing them, or they're on their way, or they're having them checked for quality. Stop lying to people. I'm going to fight for a refund, not only are they liars but thieving swines too

Sent them copy of my new prescription, ordered with reactive photochromic but they got me a wrong prescription, confirmed by my optician. I can see better without glasses!! But they refused to replace it. Never more!

Impossible to contact anyone by phone. The web help is useless. I have used this company before with no issues so didn’t need to contact customer services but now I have a problem and have found the ‘chat’ useless and no telephone contact. Will not use again

I have been waiting for weeks for glasses. I ordered these as a spare pair. I ordered a better pair from Specsavers at the same time and thankfully got these within a week. I’ve emailed twice but if you’re in need of glasses urgently don’t order from here, it’s a ridiculous long wait. I will try another “UK” company from now on

They only ggot one star as that was the only way i could add my complaint, the company took my money for a pair of reading and a pair of distance glasses, when i asked where they were, they replied telling me they had made 2 pairs of distance glasses and would i accept them, i replied with no, i wanted a full refund, and they ignored it and asked again, They are none contact company other than emails which they ignore, go elswhere, save the aggrivation.

Ordered a pair of distance glasses, ordering was so easy, I did put the wrong postcode in on the delivery address which was corrected by customer service, but unfortunately it was still incorrect so there was issues with the delivery, but I eventually received my glasses, customer service always replied when I emailed, and the glasses are perfect and make a massive difference just what I needed, I’ve ordered a second pair and put the correct postcode so no issues with delivery next time.

Delivery was a bit delayed, possibly due to situation worldwide. Otherwise, response to enquiries was a bit delayed but accurate.
The quality of frames and glasses is impressive. Will order again in future.

Great value and the glasses look really nice. The only issue was tracking updates weren’t very detailed. Once it arrived though, everything was correct and well packed. The frame is comfortable and doesn’t slide down. Would still use them again.

Ordered for my partner and the results were spot on. The prescription is accurate and the frame quality surprised us. It arrived with a case and cleaning cloth which was a nice touch. Support answered our questions quickly before ordering. Really good experience.

I usually buy from the high street, but these are honestly comparable. The lens clarity is excellent and the anti-glare coating really helps. Frames feel premium and sit nicely on my face. I received regular updates and delivery was smooth. Very happy with the purchase.

This is my second order and it was just as good as the first. Prescription accuracy is perfect and the frames feel solid. Delivery was on time and packaging was protective. For the price, I don’t think you can beat it. Highly recommended.

The website is easy enough to use and pricing is very clear. I got a little confused about PD, but support explained it quickly. The glasses arrived in good condition and the lenses are sharp. Frames were slightly tight at first but adjusted fine. Good experience overall.

Delivery took a month. When I queried I was told they are made in the far east and, at that point the Iran war had started to cause disruption. I had ordered well before the conflict and had no idea they would be coming from the far east.

I will say customer services did respond to my email very quickly.

The glasses have now arrived and I would say the quality is very poor. They are undamaged but feel incredibly flimsy. Nothing like glasses I’ve had in the past from this company. I won’t be ordering again.
