Great food quality and good delivery service!
I really recommend it!

Great food. Well made. Good portions. Balanced diet. Broccoli has me a little gassy but digestion feels improved vs restaurant foods packed in salt and oils. Delivery person was enthusiastic and seemed genuinely happy to have me as a customer. This reinforced my decision and built more trust in the company. Can't wait to try the banana pudding!

Not fresh, too much packing

Mostly delicious with one or two misses, delivery very good.

I find this is a really useful way to get back into good eating habits. Just finished my six days of vegetarian meals and it’s helped me reduce sugar, reduce portion size and it’s also a really great way recognize which times of day are best to eat particular type of meal, for example a high protein and energy breakfast and a light dinner. The meals taste fine, some were great such as the chocolate and pear cake and tofu fish cakes. It’s too expensive for me to subscribe to regularly sadly but overall a useful tool to living healthier.

First of all, the company is incapable of understanding how a calendar works. I ordered a week's worth for the following week but received the food the following day around midnight. The best before dates expired well before my intended starting date. The food did not look very appetising but I cannot honestly confirmed that because it all got binned. I cannot trust a company with my food that is easily confused by numbers on a calender.

Delivery has been timely, however some of the dishes are hit or miss unfortunately:(. The presentation of some is so sad that makes one hungrier. However I enjoyed the variety and ease of the service.

I started keto diet 3 weeks ago, and it was only possible to do with Love your self.I signed for the keto diet 1700Kcal and I love it!
Providing delicious meals with good quality ingredients and variety,I can keep going.

The range of food is great and really tasty. Delivery is brilliant. The plan is flexible - you can pause and make changes really easily. Can’t recommend it enough.

I Usually don't have time to cook but now I don't have to worry about my fitness goals. All I do is just go to gym and my healthy meals are always ready in the fridge :D

I was a regular customer and wanted to use services again but they no longer offer evening deliveries in my area. They offered to deliver via a courier between 9am-12noon with food for same day... This is complete nonsense as I'm already at work, and how am I meant to eat my breakfast and morning snack for the same day?? They chose to cancel my order rather than deliver in the evening like they used to. Real shame but I've now opted in for a different catering provider that delivers first thing in the morning at half the cost.

This is the second time I have discovered a hair in one of the meals delivered to me. To be honest it has put me off from ordering again. The customer service team were quick in dealing with my refund request but unfortunately that does not mean they will get any future business from me.

By the way no one has been in contact with me further to my review to investigate things further

Delivery on time but food was absolutely disgusting….wouldn’t recommend to anyone 😖…packing looked like hospital containers…constantly chicken on menu like there is no other food options and nothing exciting…guys don’t get fool for this price you can get better companies

I am enjoying most of the meals, plenty of variety for saying no carbs or sugar.
I do have an issue with the amount of salt used- please reduce this considerably as anyone can always add but I cannot remove. Most diets should contain less salt for the better of all.
Also I believe slightly less sweetener is required if we are to stop craving sweet food.
The packing issues I had last year really seem better in your new eco friendly wool, which I fully approve of, great.

Pescetarian menu

I ordered pescetarian menu, but instead of fish/seafood options most of the items for lunch/dinner came just a simple veggy/vegan options, and actually were quite bland to my taste
