Good service by LYP,

Just glad to have found the perfect home with Sarah and Jevan last month. Everything is running smoothly and I have no hesitation in suggesting this agency.

They have gone over and above in dealing with our move and all small snags.

Thank you.

Just want to say a huge congratulations to Love Your Postcode on their 17th anniversary.

Nuce to see your London expanison last year.

They have been smashing it in the property game, a true inspiration to us and our team also. Our group had an excellent service from the team especially Cata, Hugh, Soohie who have been part of our property journey since 2009.

Wishing them the best moving forward 🫶🏻 from the thousands of reviews its very evident you out your client first.

Do training classes for others to learn from you. I would be the first client.

We are one of the main break down contrcators for Bobby Singh & Catalina Kaur. He always pays on time and never accepts average work. 8 years and we are very happy with relationship. Wishing LYP 17 years of happiness.

Welldone to all Love Your Postcode franchise. Keep expanding.

Amazing Service from Love Your Postcode. The staff are super friendly and attentive, all real professionals. Would definitely recommend!

Love your postcode is brilliant! Guranteed rent - one of the first to bring this to the market! Great staff Great service.

Met with the LYP team and was very impressed. Very friendly and professional team that helped me with my property. Have no hesitation recommending this group.

Mani and the sales team were excellent and professional from the first meeting to sale completion. They were very knowledgeable of the market, respectful of the property and how best to pitch the sale. V

Had a wonderful experience with love your postcode, from when I first enquired about a property to eventually now getting keys.
The service of getting a property from them was so smooth, simple, easy to understand and The best.
Especially Japz, he showed me the property with a bright smile on his face explaining everything little by little in detail so we could understand it.
I would a Million % recommend love your postcode to everyone, and if you deal with Japz, consider yourself even luckier.

Thank you once again for accepting our application on North Street Dudley.

The viewings had over 10 families attending.

We were selected over everyone even though our history was patchy.

We found this business really cared for our us. Whilst others snubbed their nose at us they accepted our application on myguarantor.

I would 100% recommend.

Thank you 🙏

Great experience! The agency made finding a rental home quick and stress-free. Professional team, clear communication, and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Trying to get a viewing seems impossible and this agent doesn't call back. They promise to call but never do. I'm really disappointed as I want to buy in this block. I wish the seller hadn't used this agent. There was also unclear information as the Rightmove advert says they've had an offer but the guy I spoke to said it had fallen through. I asked if that was because the offer was too low and he said yes but it's still written on the advert!?

In Park Mews, Birmingham. You promised a callback multiple times 🙁

Your agent told me the sale had fallen through because the offer was too low. Your Rightmove ad says you are still accepting offers because you had one at 105k. That's far too low for a flat like that. I hope your client knows what you're doing!? It doesn't explain why I never received a callback and was told misinformation....

This agent has now called me and given further information that doesn't make any sense. At the end of the conversation he asked if I would now delete my review!! Not impressed..
