Great quality product great website to choose from a great range products easy to order from very fast delivery and easy fast returns which was a coat that was a bit too big.

Yeah I’ve actually been a customer for a few years now. I guess that’s what happens when you have several babies and love Babywearing!

I’m a bit of a fanatic, to say the least. I’ve bought everything from stretchy wraps to ring slings and proper woven wraps. Always good to find some of the harder to find brands and makes.

Prices good, quick delivery, even when I just opt for the standard free delivery.

I’ll be a loyal customer for as long as I’m having babies!

I was told the item I ordered will be late abut by the beginning of next week it is now Tuesday evening and still haven’t received my item. I have emailed twice with no reply. Starting to get frustrated. If they don’t have it or it’s not coming then I would just like a refund, it wouldn’t be a problem but I’ve had no response.

This has now been rectified after many emails. And I’ve finally received my item which is an amazing product and I look forward to trying it out.

Terrible customer service. Received an email confirming my order would be with me by the end of the week (this was a Tuesday). By Saturday still not received so contacted the company, days later got a reply saying they still hadn’t received it their end so not even on the way. Offered to send by next day delivery when it gets to them, great... except I’m still waiting now, 23 days later, on an order that was supposed to be 5-7 days. Awful communication throughout, nobody lets you know what is going on, Colin is basically trying to cancel my order rather than help - I suspect it’s a scam and never going to arrive. Very angry as I ordered specifically for a holiday and wedding and ended up with nothing to take with me.

Update: order cancelled their end without even asking me, so as not to “keep me waiting”. Doubt it was ever really coming, definitely a scam, wouldn’t touch again with a barge pole.

Excellent service and my order arrived much quicker than expected. Delivery was with Royal Mail Tracked which I received this morning, having placed my order on Wednesday afternoon. But I received like, tracking updates on my phone so I knew it was coming but I like I say I was impressed that it arrived so quickly (I didn’t even pay for delivery).

Haven’t had much of a chance to try out my new sling, but it is very beautiful. I got one of the Girasol ones which are hand made and very hard to find. Much nicer than even in the photos. I think I will put a review on the website and try and add some photos.

Tried it with my baby a few times this afternoon, think it will take a bit of practice, but it does make me feel much more confident as a new mum knowing that my baby is in the best place but I can still get on with things and go places. Thank you very much 🥰

Great company to deal with, dispatch took a bit longer than expected, but they were very communicative in letting me know, and even upgraded the delivery to next day once they did dispatch. Product is great quality and I’m glad I waited for it, so yeah thank you very much!

I still didn’t get a refund after raising it with a bank, still waiting, still fighting having two small children - so not much time to use for that. It cost me so much stress to get my money back I literally can’t sleep :(

Terrible experience buying from this company. I ordered an item priced at £159. It was in stock when I ordered it. I never received any confirmation emails so I chased the order after 1 week. I got no response from the online chat and it would constantly log me out. So I emailed and was told the order was delayed by around a week. After the expected delivery date I still received no updates, so I chased once again to be told the stock would not be in until November ( this was for reasons out of their control). At this point I requested a refund and this took another week (and another email chasing) to receive it. Really poor customer service. I would not buy from this company or recommend them. Definitely one to avoid!

Recently bought a Lenny Lamb Light carrier for me to use with my baby. Was a bit hesitant having never used them before (but then I’ve never had a baby before so had no need of a baby carrier lol), but the price was very competitive and I’d not seen this particular carrier available anywhere else. Really happy with the product, the speed of delivery, and my son loves being in the carrier. Thank you.

So I ordered the Mamalila khaki coat in size XL sizing up to be able to wear jumpers underneath. The next day Colin emailed me explaining that they were expecting more stock in later that week. Which was a bit disappointing but is what is, I sent an email in the new week seeing if there was an update with my order and Colin replied fairly quickly with said update and again later on, basically the manufacturer was having problems with the size I’d ordered but he offered another option if I didn’t want to wait another week to see if my size came in.
I popped onto the love to be natural website to see what other coats they had to see if they had my size in stock but this coat I’d originally ordered was in my mind like nothing could top it so clicking on it, I see that they had my size that I’d wear normally without sizing up which is a L. So a quick email sent off and not long later Colin replied with a Yes we have that size in my orders colour and am I sure I want to go with that size instead. A quick email back and forward agreeing and the coat was being sent to me asap which was a day later.

The coat has now arrived and I’m so pleased with it I can’t stop smiling and can’t wait another 6 weeks for my little one to arrive to be able to try out the carrier insert part of the coat. I’m glad I agreed to the smaller size as I think the XL would’ve drowned me as I can zip up the coat without the bump insert but it’s tight, I’ve been told I’ve a smaller bump compared to most even at this stage but prefer to have that extra space to turn with the insert in.

Happy I waited and emailed to see about any updates as the coat is worth it.

Do not order with this company.
I retuned a sling which had been tried on once at home for all of two minutes - Colin reluctantly issued a credit note but took 10% off the value. When I tried to redeem the credit note my order never showed up. After chasing, Colin told me that actually the item was out of stock. I had to proactively chase him for updates while he checked with the supplier only to eventually be offered a more expensive alternative - when the original item was still showing as ‘in stock’ on their website, weeks after placing m original order.
Colin clearly hasn’t received any customer service training and is a belligerent twit.
Avoid.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting on my order over two weeks later. Colin does usually respond to emails but it’s the same answer. Still waiting on stock. I was sold a product they don’t actually have. I’m going through my bank for a full refund.

Terrible, ordered a sling and paid for next day delivery.
I chased them when the order hadn’t arrived several days later and was told that they were waiting for a deliver from Didymos to then send the item on - so the item wasn’t even in stock despite offering next day delivery.
Colin from customer service is very pleasant in email however I am still waiting for a refund having now cancelled the order - very untrustworthy company.

Some colleagues ordered a sling for me ahead of the birth of my son who was due in mid-April. The expected lead time of the product when it was ordered on the 3rd April was 2-3 weeks. My son was born on the 15th April and in the midst of parental leave, the fact that the sling hadn't arrived passed us by as sleepless nights, visits to the hospital and the general stress of new parenthood took its toll.

I eventually checked in with a colleague to see if they had received any order updates on the sling as it still hadn't been received at the beginning of July. A response was received from LTBN saying that it should have been delivered a while ago. No kidding. The message also said that they would be in touch when they knew more.

On the 17th July my colleague reached out again as despite the promise that they would be in touch, they were not. On the 18th we were told that the sling had been "arranged to be re-dispatched, but it could be 2 weeks before it arrives".

More radio silence follows, but I naively assumed that they were being true to their word and waited the 2 weeks, getting in touch again on the 5th August to ask for a tracking number.

The response came back that there was an "unexpected delay" with the product and I was instead offered an alternative (and also cheaper) sling, no mention of any recompense for the 4 months we'd gone without it and the expectation that we'd jsut accept the cheaper product that we didn't want and just go away.

I rejected the proposal today but I'm shocked that this company was happy to not dispatch a product for 3 months and not notify the intended receipient. Most of their customers are presumably parents of very young children who may be struggling to keep on top of a lot of the admin that goes with living in this world and it's hard to read their apathetic approach to customer service as anything except an attempt to take advantage of people when their lives are the most stressful and disorganised that they are ever likely to be.

That's not to say I believe that's a deliberate policy, but I expect it's more a case that there's a tacit knowledge that they can offer a subpar service to people without the energy to properly complain.

Easy to use site, easy to order and very quick delivery. I bought a Najell carrier and I love it. Definitely recommend, very happy overall.
