I emailed the Love Shack Fancy to…

I emailed the Love Shack Fancy to return a dress as it was too small. The response was that they currently cannot accept international returns. This is not very clear on their website. How are on line retailers allowed to sell to a country if they cannot accept a return/exchanges. When I asked them to explain why they were unable to accept returns, I was told it was due to logistical issues! This is absolutely absurd.Companies should not be allowed to sell in international markets if they cannot accept returns or exchanges.
On a side note, the quality of the dress was certainly not worth the price.
Do not buy from this company. Overpriced trash with zero customer service. Scammers posing as a genuine online business!

I love love shack fancy for the style…

I love love shack fancy for the style and quality. But their customer service skills could use some work, although quick to refund when fed ex charged me extra shipping beyond that they’ve been useless they keep sending my packages to the wrong house number despite it being my house number on all the order receipts, they will blame fed ex and fed ex will blame them so you don’t get anywhere, you then have to chase your package and try ring customer service multiple times. It’s taken days to get it sorted out and love shack is 0 help. They also argued with me the first time they sent my package to the wrong address because I didn’t pay extra for “package protection” so if I did loose it it would be my fault despite them putting the wrong house number. Very unprofessional and very idiotic

Shady company to order directly from

Shady company to order directly from, I’d recommend purchasing something you like from them second hand as then you can know the quality will be up for wearing. They sent me 3 of the same dress that was ripped in the same spot all 3 times because of the cardstock tag ripping the fabric, just randomly didn’t refund a swimsuit return when I ordered 2 sizes and kept the one that fit the best, straight up never got a package from them that was never refunded or replaced, their coupon codes don’t work, they cancel your order often due to poor inventory counting. A 3rd party company like Nordstrom would be better to buy from so you can access their customer service if you have issues with their product as they have much much better customer service and it is much more convenient. I’ve come to learn if Nordstrom didn’t pick it up to sell it’s because of the quality of the item.

The worst customer service

I have ordered directly from Loveshackfancy 3 times and it has never gone smoothly. The first time, they sent me messages saying my package had arrived when it didn’t arrive until 3 days later and they made it impossible to track. The second time I ordered a pair of shoes, they discovered they didn’t have my size and just never sent them. I emailed them asking about the shoes and they said they were never going to send them because they sold out. Had I not contacted them, I doubt I would have been told and wonder If I would have been refunded. I ordered from them a third time this weekend, buying an XS bathing suit and they sent me an XS bottom and M top which isn’t even possible to purchase online. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. I in no way recommend shopping directly from them. Their customer service is also apathetic and unhelpful. They are a waste of money.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I purchased a large pajama set. Only the top came in. I open the bag. It was about the size of a five-year-old for the top the bottom. I just threw back in the box and returned it. I paid well over $200. They gave me $10 back. This company sucks. Don't buy from them unless you wanna get scammed
The only reason I purchased anything that had to do with them is due to I love the Stanley Collab. But, even that comes from greed. Selling out in minutes because Enough for not made. I was lucky enough to get all the ones I wanted they're very pretty! But this company sucks, Their clothing looks like toddler clothing, Anything that was cute You'd have to weigh 90 pounds and have your ass hanging out. I only weigh 120lb And I would never wear something like that or around my 16-year-old daughter it's inappropriate. The closing for children is cute and maybe you specialize in that. You're a high-end store so pricing is rated Around what I would think it would be. But, there's half of the pajamas, the material was like Worse than Victoria's Secret pink Pajamas.

Do not order directly from them

Do not order directly from them. I’ve ordered clothing directly from other retailers that sell their brand and like the clothing. However, hugely disappointing experience with my order first time directly. I ordered “mommy and me” swimsuits and a cover up. My suit was cancelled and I was only notified after they shipped. I was already charged for all 3 items and told I would be refunded for the one that didn’t ship. Now I have to ship back the two items I no longer want and wait for refunds on all. Simply because they have poor inventory count and customer service

I would never shop with this company…

I would never shop with this company ever again. Apart from defective merchandise, which they send out and expect you to pay over the top prices when you send something back or try to send something back it can take almost a month to get your money back they find a way To question, why did you send it this way? Why didn’t you send it that way it doesn’t matter a damn which way you send it because the company send the label to you. You get a tracking number. I still have the drop off receipt as proof. I am still waiting for my refund. I’ve had to log a dispute with the credit card company.

Hopefully your package arrives .....

I placed an order for perfume as a Christmas gift for my daughter. My package showed out for delivery from FedEx on Thursday 12/12 - I "chatted" with their representative that I was worried my package was lost. I wish I could ad screen shots of my conversation but she basically told me I had to wait 5 to 7 days of no movement before I could say it was lost. When I pointed out that would be too late for Christmas she suggested I reach out to FedEx and get information. I pointed out to her that my experience is that FedEx will only provide information to the shipper plus I felt it was their responsibility not mine to reach out to FedEx since I had paid them for my item. After a wait (while she apparently reached out to Fedex) she came back to say basically nothing helpful - ending each of her responses to me with "xx thanks for understanding" - there was no customer service without my pushing. I am now placing my order on Sephora for the perfume (it's 25% off there anyway) and I will be returning this item as soon as I receive it (if ever) and will not purchase from this company again

Love Shack Fancy - Do not buy save your money

I bought Minka Dress for $545 and after following instructions on handwashing the items I found multiple holes and loosen seams. Called customer service and said they can’t do anything about it because of their policy. Customer service rep was extremely rude and didn’t want to help or listen to the complaint.

Long time customer - disappointing customer service.

I have been a long time shopper of LSF. I purchased the Palo Americana Fleece Pullover/ American Flag sweatshirt($200) and there was piling after ONE WASH and wear. I contacted customer service and Anna replied "sorry you cut the tags off"?!! No empathy or offer to make it right. Horrible and disappointing customer service.

Loveshackfancy has the WORST customer service EVER

I ordered a dress for my daughter for an upcoming dance. I received an order number, but no shipping confirmation. I ordered the dress on Friday, September 27th. After no word from the company that my order was shipped, I emailed and called the store in Palm Beach. That's when "customer service" told me that my order was canceled and that the funds were returned to my checking account. The money HAS NOT been returned! I didn't receive any communication from Loveshackfancy that the order was canceled, it took a phone call from me to find this out!

Items returned but no refund given

I purchased about $3400 worth of clothing from Loveshack fancy and returned approximately $2500 worth. They confirmed receipt of the return on August 6 and I have UPS tracking to prove it. It is now September 10 and I still don't have a refund. I have filed a claim with PayPal who are investigating but at any point this company could agree a refund but have not. I cannot believe I am out approx. $2500 and have nothing to show for it. Please beware of this company.
UPDATE: I received a refund. PayPal settled the claim in my favor on 9/18 and indicated this is also what the company wanted however the length of time it took and the amount of time I had to spend providing PayPal with information and evidence was very frustrating. I will never shop directly with this company again.

They cancelled my order but didn’t refund shipping

Cancelled my order a month after I bought it, after numerous emails telling me it would be processed within a few days. They said the item sold out. I bought it within three minutes of launch. They did not refund my shipping, so essentially stole $10 from me. Do NOT trust this company.

Horrible Customer Service

Whoever runs their social media accounts needs some customer service training. Made a comment on their Instagram account about how disappointed I and others were that we weren't able to get something from their recent collaboration with Stanley and how frustrating it was to go through the entire process only for the website to stop working and for them to sell out. Instead of responding at all to anyone who expressed such concerns or asked about a restock they just kept making posts about the beach party they had to celebrate said launch which I found to be extremely tone deaf and not showing any concern or sensitivity to the people who were disappointed. Went back this morning to see if they responded to me or anyone else and it looks like they blocked me instead of addressing my concerns or responding in any way. Extremely unprofessional. I'm disgusted by their response and the lack of care they show their customers and I will not be buying from them again.

Etiquette Needed - Customer Service

Customer Service is terrible. My bestie recently passed away and in cleaning out her closet I found a LoveShackFancy dress she had order and received only a few days before her passing. It was still in the box with the tags on it. I reached out asking if there was anyway they could make an exception to the return policy and exchange the dress for a gift card that could be used by her daughter. The response I got was baffling. Their response. "Hello X (protecting her name), Thank-you for your message - I hope you are having a great day! (UMMM, she is dead but hopefully she is having a great day in heaven). I looked up your order, and unfortunately this order is not eligible for a return or exchange due to it being past our 14 day return policy -- unfortunately no exceptions can be made." Like I understand why companies have return policies and I understand sticking to them, but you have got to be kidding me with that tasteless response. And seriously you don't have some exceptions - give me a break. Given the amount of money my bestie spent on clothes for herself and her daughter there - it is just extremely disappointing that they would act in that way. So PSA - if you know someone shopping at LSF and dropping $500 on a dress. If they pass away shortly after the purchase and YOU cannot return it for them until after 14 days - you are SOL. Make sure to read their return policy .
They know that people don't read everything and just the first paragraph so they high light that and you think you read everything and order online . Now the size comes and it doesn't fit . Now you can't even exchange it get you money back because the item is on sale . So what is the sales price ? The pants is $500 and you can buy on sale for $400 which many of us may not even care the 100 doesn't make a difference than you lose $400 cause their fit is no match with your size . Now here is the device . I also read review that many people found themselves in this situation and just like me surprised by the way they do customer service .
Please don't order anything from them cause they have a loophole for everything

I bought a skirt and jacket for my 12…

I bought a skirt and jacket for my 12 year old daughter in a size 14. My daughter is an average build for her age. The skirt was so small, it looked like it was made for a 7 year old. When I called the store to inquire whether this was some sort of sizing mistake (I provided the measurements), the sales associate told me this is the size for a girls size 14 garment. I was shocked. This is where body consciousness comes in and starts young girls questioning their bodies and whether they are the 'right' size. I strongly advise LSF to take a look at their sizing and determine if it is, in fact, made for your average young girl. Or if they're making their clothing for an unrealistic expectation of what a young girl's body should be.
