I ordered a leather patch in January still haven’t received it I emailed every week they said it was sent they gave me a tracking number which is unattainable, they promised someone would contact me and never did . This company and its customer service is rubbish: they have told PayPal that the patch was delivered and sent them tracking and delivery details all of which are lies I have not received this patch , I wouldn’t deal with this company again .

Been waiting for my order for over two months,very disappointed.I have contact via e mail, company states shipping problem .not had this with other company's, will not recommend lovelee .com or use them again👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered a cvd diamond eternity ring. Waited longer than normal for delivery due to Covid 19. When I emailed to query when delivery would be they said it was already delivered. I have not received this item. I asked for information and they gave me a tracking number that didn’t exist. Enquired at post office nothing there. All delivery companies nothing there. Emailed them again and they say they have a signature as proof of delivery. I asked for a copy of signature so I could take the matter to the police. Email ignored page unavailable, cannot get back in touch with them. Obviously a SCAM. !!!!!

I saw LovelyHey on Facebook and ordered a ring described as a 7ct CVD diamond centre stone set with a 0.9 CT CVD stone on either side of centre. The price was low and I was sceptical about the ring being genuine CVD but went ahead with the order to see. Paid via PayPal so felt I had some extra security if the goods were not as described. The ring that arrived was totally different to the one I ordered. I contacted the company via website and was told that as return shipping would be expensive I should keep the ring I received and accept a discount coupon. No other option was provided. The ring they sent retailed on their website at less than half the price of the one I paid for so the discount voucher offered didn't cover the price difference and of course to use the discount I would have to buy another item, plus I had a ring I didn't want. Getting no further with LovelyHey I tried using PayPal's services to try to resolve the issue. Again I was offered a discount coupon, which I rejected. Then PayPal told me I could get a full refund of the purchase price if I shipped the ring back to the supplier at my own expense. As LovelyHey predicted shipping the ring back within the time allotted by PayPal was expensive costing 60% of the price of the refund due. I was in a no win situation so decided to cut my losses and stop wasting any more time on the issue. I suspect LovelyHey advertise one thing then ship something else. Even if the ring were not CVD they could at least supply one that looked like the one ordered. Their standard response of keep what we sent and have a discount on another purchase is ridiculous. Expecting customers to pay expensive return shipping costs because of their "mistake" is an insult. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody, the way they operate means they will always win and the customer will always be out of pocket.

I ordered their so called CVD diamond six prongs ring a couple of weeks ago. I just recently got the item qnd I immediately noticed that the stone is shaking. Since I have my diamond detector of my own I tried to test it to see if it is real CVD diamond which is supposed to have same properties like natural diamond. I even took a video doing it but my tester didn't even move an inch when I test it. Of course I have my real diamond to show that tje tester is working. I tried emailing them and sending them my photos and complain. They said that the item I got is the same as what it says on their site. They said if I will be shipping it back to tjem it will be expensive and will just offer me 20% discount coupon which I don't want. So I sent them the video of my test on their CVD product and a site stating how a CVD diamond should like. Up until now they have never sent me an answer. Is there anyway to sue this company for false claim?

Ordered ring months ago,still nothing,then got e.mail,saying delivered and signed.this is so untrue,then got another e.mail saying,,contact your local post office with tracking number as it could be there.i phoned royal mail office,who had no record of tracking number.scam

If I could give them zero stars I would. After waiting almost 2 1/2 months for my order, I finally received it and they sent the wrong size. The ring is cheap plated metal, Definitely not platinum and silver as advertised. The stones were pretty but definitely not diamonds. Without two weeks and stone fell out. I tried contacting them about them sending the wrong size before this happened, but they told me I’d have to pay for shipping back, it would be very expensive and they’d rather give me a coupon for another ring. I told them I would like the correct size, and received another dozen or so back and forth messages sent from a bot. Then the stone fell out, they said I’d have to pay to send it back and never responded when I said I would pay for it, If I could get the correct product and a better made one. They said they test every ring for quality, which is absolutely not true, or it would have been as advertised and they would replace it when it broke. Poorly made, poorly finished, definitely just a CZ knock off ring. I got scammed, I’ll never get that money back. Please read reviews before ordering. 😩 I didn’t and I almost cried from disappointment. Also avoid Una&Co, as they have the exact same rings advertised, as well as several other stores with variations of popular names, all selling the same cheap crap and claiming to be from the USA. I’m contacting PayPal to get my money back, and next my bank.

I ordered from this company weeks ago and it had still not shipped after I paid for it. I made several attempts to contact them and I never got a response. When I tried to check my order it said page not found. I finally received an answer days and days later said shopping was delayed due to covid but I have ordered from ither companies got my stuff in days and never had a problem. I tried to request a refund because I was tired of waiting for it to ship and never getting any responses to all my questions. They finally answered me said they wouldn't gibe me a refund that I had to wait till it got here then send it back. I was very annoyed. Today I finally did receive an email that it had shipped but I'm so annoyed i will prob just send it back. I found a gorgeous ring from a different company that I love and it was here in 4 days so dont order from these people!

I ordered a ring on June 1st. They changed their website and I can no longer sign into my acct. I've emailed them multiple times asking for my tracking number, even threatening to call my credit card company and the authorities, but still to get an answer other than, " sorry for the inconvenience but due to covid19 blahs blahs blahs....facebook is a joke. I cant get any response except automated message on there.SCAMMMMM
If i do receive my ring and it is as advertised, i will amend this message. But i wont hold my breath.
UPDATE: Finally received a tracking number and am just waiting for delivery.

I bought two rings and two bangles from the company, they were not cheap. The rings were very nice, but the bangles were not what I ordered. I wanted to return them for a refund, but was told by the company it would be too costly and gave me a 20% voucher. If they get my order wrong again, I will get my money back on Paypal.

I ordered something from this company on 9th June 2020 and still have not received it or any shipping information. It is now 27th June 2020! I contacted the company and have been told that there are problems with the courier due to covid-19 epidemic. I have been ordering from other companies from various different countries and have not had an issue with any of the orders! Yesterday I tried to check my order status again and now it says the page is no longer available!!! The company are not responding to me via email or Facebook! Definitely seems like a scam!!
