I would give it 0 starts if possible! I started using both shampoo and conditioner because it was good for the earth and smelled good but I have been using it for less then a year and my hair is thinning and always greasy like the next day. I used to have thick hair and now I look old and I can see right through my hair! They need a lawsuit! I don't know what's in here but it's not good!

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about two months. I began to notice my hair falling out. It is coming out in long strands. Yesterday I pulled my soft scrunchie out and a clump of hair was attached to it. Don't use this product. I am hoping the hair loss will stop once I stop using their product.

My hair fell out almost in clumps! After using the blue colored bottle. It also became dirty and greasy very fast after washing.
Smells good yes but will not buy again...

I have been using the LBP coconut shampoo and conditioner for about 3 months and can thankfully say I’ve not had any hair loss or reactions. It always smells nice too x

all the reviews are absolutely correct. ive only used it twice and usually have very thick curly/wave hair, but now my curls are gone, it’s flat and hair is coming out in clumps. really wish i looked it up reviews before using it. DO NOT USE IT IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR

My hair used to be so thick I would get it thinned out when I would get a haircut an it would still be insanely thick. Like as in the standard hair ties would have to be really stretched to wrap it around a ponytail twice. Now my hair is so thin. I was losing huge clumps daily. Don't use these products.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I typically use Redken but I just got back from vacation and didn’t have time to run to Ulta. I bought this shampoo from Giant Eagle and thought it would be a good brand. After just 1 use, I noticed my hair falling out in clumps and my scalp burning. I then googled and found that I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’m honestly surprised there isn’t a pending lawsuit. I’ve never had so much breakage or hair loss in one day and I will never buy this brand again. I would not recommend this brand to anyone!

I have been using the coconut & mimosa shampoo for approximately 3 months now. I have been losing hair by full handfuls. Prior to using this shampoo I had full, thick, gorgeous hair and now it's fine, brittle, thin, and dull. When I shower it falls out in chunks from the root. I went to the Dr for all sorts of hormonal blood work which was normal. So I decided to Google my shampoo and here are so many reviews that are identical to my story.

I literally have a bald spot on my head. LIKE A BALD SPOT. And its right after i switch to LBP... I have to go to school with a bald spot on my head :(

My hair feels dirty and oily and I started to get pimples. I’ve never had an issue with pimples….EVER! Quit using and pimples went away. Also noticed some hair loss.

Wish I had the reviews before using the LBP shampoo and conditioner. I've been using it for 6 weeks and have been noticing a lot of hair loss when I'm showering and throughout the day, which has been getting progressively worse. I initially thought it was hormone related but thought I'd research the shampoo. I'm devastated and hope my hair grows back. My ponytail is about half the size it was before and I can see visible bald spots. It's tough to find a hair care company you can actually trust.

I’m so upset because I wanted to love this but now almost every hair care brand out there has a lawsuit on them… I used one whole bottle of shampoo & conditioner and my hair is falling out so bad… my whole house and shower is covered in hair from falling out so bad… Do not use!!!!!!!

I will come back to update the next time I wash my hair, but I’ve been struggling with a very itchy scalp and was on the hunt to understand why. I’ve never had an itchy scalp before and now that I think about it, it might have something to do with my LBP conditioner (the hemp infused one). I would say it started when I first got the bottle a few months ago. In my hairline you can always see scaling skin after I finish showering, but I decided to skip out on the conditioner for this hair wash & my hairline is looking perfectly normal and not scaly at all! My scalp does not feel itchy as it normally does when I use the conditioner. Again I will check to make sure that, that is what is causing the dryness, but so far I think I found the main problem 😳

I've been using all of the different LBP products for years after trying Tresemme, Everclear, Nexus.... It is not expensive at barely $6 a bottle and it is wonderful. My hair has never looked better. Held color better or smelled better. When I sweat I smell coconut from my hair. It is sulfate free. Some may be allergic to the natural ingredients like a pollen allergy.

I've been using love beauty and Planet shampoos and conditioners since their launch. I absolutely adore them! My daughter loves them as well. And we have two different hair types! I felt like writing a review because I saw all the hair loss reviews and honestly I have not experienced that at all.

Terrible hair product, along with many other reviews it made my hair fall out and is very drying. Do not recommend at all

Started using love beauty and planet, after a week or so my scalp started to literally burn like I had a chemical rash. I kept using the product because I thought there was no way it was LBP. Until I realized my hair was thinning drastically and noticeably..
So I switched shampoo and conditioner, instantly stopped the scalp burn and it's been 2 weeks and my hair fullness is already returning. I've never had sensitive scalp issues and have definitely never experienced this before. This product should literally be taken off the shelves!
Update: it's been a couple weeks since I've stopped using the hair products and now that it's growing back I didn't realize how bad it made me lose my hair.... 😬

Just adding to the hair loss complaints. I’ve used this conditioner maybe 5 or 6 times, I only wash my hair once a week, but for the past month I’ve been gradually losing more and more hair. It became really noticeable about three weeks ago, and just keeps getting worse. Like I can sit for five minutes idly combing my hair out with my fingers and get a whole palm size wad of hair by the end, and I can see that they’re coming out by the roots because I dyed my hair several months ago, but my roots are pretty grown out and a very different color. And even if it weren’t for that, I can SEE the little nubs on the end of the hair strand where it popped out of the follicle! I’ve been wracking my brain trying to figure out what’s causing it- no changes in diet, no health changes, not OTHER new products. I didn’t think it could be the conditioner because my hair felt SO soft and nice after the initial first use, but then I caved and looked it up and so many people have experienced this too. I don’t even use the shampoo with it, I use a different brand shampoo, I ONLY have conditioner in this brand, and I’m still losing handfuls of hair every DAY. I have insanely thick hair with course, sturdy strands and a nice curl/wave pattern, now my hair feels fine and dry and no curl pattern, just all fluff and frizz. My hair straight up looks like cotton candy. And my scalp, my poor scalp is just covered in buildup (I didn’t notice at first because I’m super prone to it, but it’s getting BAD) and itchy and SCABBY. I don’t know what the hell they put in this stuff but it’s not okay. I’m surprised they’re not getting slapped with a lawsuit like devacurl.

I began to use the murumuru butter and rose last week and i noticed my hair not feeling healthy at all. It felt alot worse. It felt dirty and very frizzy. I definitely do not recommend this product at all. Smells amazing but the product sucks.

Bought this shampoo and conditioner. I have very thick coarse hair and I used this for about a week and couldn’t believe how soft it made my hair. Then going into the second and third week I realized my hair was no longer course it was actually turning fine and thin then I started to realize my hair was actually falling out and my ponytail is about half the thickness it was before I started using this shampoo and conditioner. Do not buy this product! I’m not sure what they put in it but whatever it is it is not good for you
