Great experience picking my wedding tux in the Pembroke store at the weekend. We had Zoltan and David helping us and they were both brilliant!

I went in on a weekend i was in dublin looking for a hand made shirt the man told me I didn't need one even though I wanted it, i belive it would be better fit. The man convinced me to buy one that the shop had so I got 2 when i went home they fitted horribly never again

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here. Myself and my partner got made to measure suits for our wedding. Patrick was brilliant from start to finish he’s an expert at what he does. Went into Louis Copeland Capel Street and what an experience it was. My son is getting married so we both went in to get our suits. Patrick (Paddy) looked after us and he was unbelievable from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, he has so much passion for what he does that it shows in every piece of advice that he gives. Every option he gave was perfect. We also met the wonderful Louis, he was very attentive to everybody and took pride in watching Paddy get to work on the lads. Wouldn't go anywhere eles after the experience. It was a lovely memory to have with my son. Thank you amd hope to see you again.

We met Louis and Jake last weekend to help find my Fiancé a suit and they couldn't have been nicer. We had the best experience and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

This was my first on-line purchase from Louis Copeland and I am delighted to say that my experience was faultless in every respect. Order was as described, very carefully packaged and with next day delivery to my home. However, I was not surprised by this professionalism, since I never experienced anything less in my dealings with this world class retailer over many years in their physical stores .

Had to buy a black suit for my father's funeral. The whole process was very easy with a very proffesional member of staff who measured me up for the suit and arranged for the alterations and fitting of the suit before Ieft the shop. All this was certainly very much appreciated at a very tough time in my life.

The team in Louis Copeland are first class, I have purchased items many times before over the years including my made to measure wedding suit but on this occasion it was unfortunately for a family bereavement. I needed a dark suit quick! I explained the situation and the urgency. The team pulled out all the stops to not just get me the perfect suit but to have it altered so it would fit me like a glove within the same day, simply amazing! To top it off they threw in some useful extras I would need for the difficult day.
I would like to thank the Dundrum Louis Copeland team in making the day run smoother and that little bit easier, I was really touched how kind and professional they all were. You have a loyal customer for life!

Recently in Dundrum shop I had a sweater put away for my husband , he forgot about it , and weeks later as a long shot I went in to shop and asked the assistant I had dealt with (his name is Ham) was there a chance they still had sweater , I described the sweater and I couldn’t believe Ham remembered, and I was shocked when he even remembered my name , my husband got his lovely sweater and I was more than impressed with service from Ham , a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Lovely shop and great service.

I think Louis Copeland deserved that slap - however I have to admit today I bought a really nice MooRER jacket in Wicklow Street and it was a great experience! Well Done

to be fair - most if not all items I have bought from LC have been exceptional - what I cant comprehend is buying a €300 shirt and finding out there is a button missing! - I never demanded a refund or exchange, but to just fix it - however to end up just using the spare button on the shirt to fix it is not acceptable - you should have taken one of another shirt - I could have bought a shirt 10 times less the price with no issues

Lovely range of high end products at very reasonable prices. Takes all the stress out of shopping. An excellent range too. From a pair of socks through to a fitted suit it’s all here. Check out the knitwear ranges btw. Some stunning garments. Even open on Sunday. They have an excellent website also. Returns are simple.

I didn't think a traditional Irish retailer would have such a slick online operation. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wednesday night, about 33% cheaper than Schuh, and they arrived on Friday morning. I've had great experiences with Louis Copeland in-store buying suits in the past, but their online service matches the high standards set in-store. Will 100% use again and would recommend to anyone.

WOW! Louis Copeland & Sons sure spoiled me. I got my sweater in quick time well protected in a nice box. I also got some Lily O'Brien's chocolates. What a fabulous PR effort on the part of Louis Copeland & Sons. A great transaction for sure.

I just picked up my wedding suit in Cork today. I had a fantastic experience, my suit turned out great and I couldn't recommend the Louis Copeland team in Cork any higher. Wayne did a fantastic job with my suit, he's an utter gentleman. Thanks lads. Cian
