I ordered 10.5 tog duvet and Tartan duvet set of Libby. She very helpful nothing was to much for her she spent some time with me to help me chose what bed set I would need being an older gent I wast certain what I was looking for. The duvet was so much thicker than i expected. Amazing products super fast delivery and amazing customer service. Highly recommend Lotties and Libby.

She always goes out of her way to help and keeps me updated as much as possible on deliveries. Nothing is ever too much for her.
