Abysmal after-sales customer service
Ordered a black dressing gown but was emailed to say they didn't actually do it in black..only navy and green so could I choose one of these. I chose navy and emailed this in reply. They ignored that email and sent me a refund so I had to totally reorder. I am size 12 but ordered 16-18 as I like a roomy dressing gown. However when it arrived it was too small. I have tried emailing so that I can return it but most emails go to postmaster or don't get a reply at all. I am getting rather irate now. Customer service after sales is abysmal😡

I have spoken to the owner who reached out about the unfortunate colour issue with the dressing gowns and she has emailed you but maybe this has been missed.

Rude owner
Rude owner. Brought a video doorbell for my disabled brother and it wont work. Originally ordered in september but didnt receive the first so reveived it in December 10th but will not do anything about it. Vile
