Ordered a coverlet and then 4 days later, and before my item even arrived, it was reduced by $40. I contacted customer service — which is only available through email. Days later I get a response that there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

Used to be a good company but now horrible. Scam company like everyone said. Will never order from them again. I never received the dress that I paid for. Dress cost over $400. It was supposedly delivered by UPS to an "other" location. They have my address and the dress was supposed to be shipped and delivered to my home address. After 3 weeks, emailed customer service. No response. Went through their chat line. No response. Started a BBB complaint and initiated a dispute with my CCC. My CCC immediately gave me a conditional credit while trying to resolve the issue. They are yet to respond to my CCC or BBB in nearly 2 weeks. CCC has indicated that if no response from L&T by Feb 7, my credit becomes permanent. Buyer beware when dealing with L&T.

Same experience as others--ordered a dress, never received it, and since i didn't need it anymore as i was waiting for it, i canceled the order and now can't get my money back. they are literally stealing my money. filed a complaint with the better business bureau but not sure if they will be successful in getting this sham of a company to answer.

I had purchased a Chanel bag pre owned and they still have not shipped and it’s been a week. After I purchased the listing says out of stock, now upon checking the website, the exact same bag is in stock and they took my money $3k worth with no explanation. I would beware of this fraud company.

Order placed 2 months in online.. every time they are staying waiting for information from warehouse.. not refunding even after Order canceled.. looks like some scam going on with this L&T online store.

Terrible! This company didn’t even deserve one star! Don’t buy from this online store. I tried to cancel an accidental order within one hour after the order was misplaced. Customer service said they would try to cancel but the order still got shipped two days later. Awful customer service. Terrible experience!!!

I couldn’t get a number to call anyone. I wanted to find out where my order was. I finally got so fed up I canceled the order! I always liked the quality of Lord and Taylor’s clothes but I couldn’t wait any longer! The item I ordered was for a wedding!

I found a great deal for a Christmas gift, not many all leather bags for a decent price.

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY! 4 months ago I returned 2 unworn, tagged dresses within a week of receiving- cost $845- and STILL have not received a refund. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase from Lord and Taylor!!

I want my money back. Very disappointed, the face of the watch is missing.

I ordered a pair of shoes October 20th. I reached out to the company after 2 weeks of no shipping info. They said that the item has never shipped and they would look into it. The next day I got a text saying my item was delivered. It was NOT. I reached out at least 20 times asking to please cancel this order to only be told time and time again they would reach out to the warehouse and cancel my order and refund me my $85. I have yet to receive my money back or the boots even though I have requested it multiple times. They are thefts! DONOT ORDER from them. It’s a scam!!!

Item was listed at a sales price , I placed an order . The listing stayed available on the website the following days . I received an email
Stating that the order could not be shipped due to lack of inventory . I received a refund but not until the price of the item went up . Throughout this time it was back and forth “trying to find the item for me “ after the debacle I was told I could order it again at retail

Terrible customer service. They do not do price adjustment after the order was placed. Most online retailer do.

This online shop is a fraud! They won’t give you your money back after receiving the return. The quality is super super bad, the customer service ist also really bad and unprofessional. I am still waiting for my money from a return in july. They act stupid and tell you they returned it but it got denied and that you need to contact your bank. I did this multiple times and even my bank is confused with their excuses.
This shop should be so ashamed! Don’t buy anything there you will regret it.

I ordered and paid for 2 sets of a popular ceramic set. They charged me for the 2 sets and emailed me a confirmation that they were sending 1 set.
I emailed back and told them that I only wanted to order 2 sets.
They refunded me for one set. I have sent multiple emails to customer service asking them to cancel my order and refund me for both sets. They keep saying that they are looking into it and that someone will contact the warehouse to see what they can do. The warehouse??? Seriously, get your act together and refund my money. And if you are out of stock on an item when someone orders 2, contact the customer and confirm that they still want 1 item! Don't just assume that 1 will do!
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced and I will never shop at Lord and Taylor again!

Ordered perfume a month ago, I have been emailing them every couple of days and I get the same BS response every time. Finally today, they emailed me cancelling my order because they allow orders to
be placed without actually having the inventory. This is fraud, they are acting as a bank - borrowing our money to keep their business afloat, and then waiting a month to return it to me. This is unprofessional, unethical, and needs to be investigated. SCAM!!!!

I purchased a dress from Lord and Taylor 5 minutes after my purchase I contacted them to cancel the order. I had previously ordered the same dress and didn’t like it. They disregarded my request and shipped the dress. We were out of the country for 3 weeks then I had knee surgery. They said the dress had to be returned within 2 weeks. Their website says 30 days. The reality is I cancelled the order and they shipped it anyway. I will now have to contact AMX and dispute the charges. Why did the ship this when within 5 minutes I cancelled the order! Do not do business with this company. They are not a good company. I can see why they had to go bankrupt! Do not do business with them!

Ordered an item on October 25. It is now November 11 and my tracking hasn’t updated nor have I received my purchased item
