I love my loopy! Never had any issues with it. I ordered for the wrong phone size and contacted customer service. It was super easy to get a replacement sent out!

Customer service is always a great help & I can’t get enough of the product!

I like the idea of a loopy, however, because the loop in the back is so prominent, I can no longer use my magnetic phone holder in my car, nor my coaster type phone charger while you lay your phone on it. You’ll be able to carry this phone on your finger with you for sure That how you prop up your phone in your car or charge your phone may be an issue because of the loop on the back that is very prominent and will not flatten.

I have busted two phones using the loopy cases. I had to get a new one and literally the first day carrying my new phone dropped it with the loopy case on and the back shattered. I am so upset with the quality of these cases! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Have loved these products for years but the customer service has declined terribly. The return policy is horrible and customer service makes you jump through 20 hoops with multiple emails to even get to the point of return. Not only is it difficult to return a case but the tempered glass is supposed to be replaceable; however, only on a short timetable. The lack of good return or exchange programs has moved Loopy to the bottom of my recommendation list.

I've never cracked a phone in my life until I got a loopy case. Was so excited when it came in - I got the reflective pearl case. I think because of the loop creating an uneven shape on the back of the phone where the case is supposed to lay flat, I dropped my phone from my bed and the entire back of my phone is shattered. Telling everyone I know to avoid Loopy. Not enough protection and the loop on the back makes the case lop-sided.

I've been buying Loopy cases since they launched a kickstarter campaign, getting in on the ground floor, and have supported the company by purchasing cases for every phone I've bought since. I've also bought them as gifts for others, recommended them to everyone I know...I'm the ideal loyal customer. And I have no issues with the cases themselves; they're great, and, as advertised, I've never dropped a phone once since I've begun using them.

My issue is with customer service. It's nonexistent. You can't reach a live person. And literally the ONE time I needed to request a change on an order -- not to the items (the site clearly states you can't make changes to an actually order after purchase, and I respect their right to that decision), but to the SHIPPING ADDRESS -- I was flatly denied.

To be clear, this wasn't my mistake. The company's site doesn't even give you an option of entering an alternate shipping address after you enter your payment option, if you select PayPal or Apple Pay. It just automatically selects the address associated with those accounts and completes your order. I've shopped with PayPal countless times (literally, thousands of times), and I'm ALWAYS able to choose or change the shipping address after selecting PayPal as my payment option.

Not on Loopy's site. And they don't care that my order is now going to the wrong address. After 13 years and countless cases, I'm done. They've proven that they just don't give a damn about my needs, not as long as they already have my money.

I have purchased Loopy cases since 2020, I've had many different devices bought them for my family also so I would say over the past years about 38-50 orders. That is including loops, cases, accessories. I didn't just buy 50 cases at once, this is over the years with different loopy products. Absolutely love the way their camera lens protectors look, they don't last but for a few months though. They say it's sapphire no way, scratches and cracks very easy. With the cases it's very frustrating putting it in any kind of phone holder, you have to take the case off to wirely charge the phone. The special holiday loops the graphics will rub off, so they don't last long none of the products do. They are cute though.

Whether it was a ‘changed my mind and hate the case’ or ‘oops I broke another strap’ or ‘ADHD made me order the wrong size’ - Loopy Customer Service always stepped up and got it done for me - without charging extra shipping, or hassling me. (*^o^*)

Maybe the middle of my hands have invisible holes? Things just seem to slip through my palms and drop 10x a day.

I saw my first LoopyCase on ebay and jumped on it. It was new method to (hopefully?) preserve my phone screens.

Let me tell you, I have thoroughly tested the protective features of these cases. There is a reason my mama didn’t name me ‘Grace’!

Since that first one (for my iPhone 6? 8?) I’ve purchased them new, as I periodically upgraded my phone.

I have had no problem exchanging a case if I decided I hated it.

If the site shows ‘out of stock’ for an item you want, merely email them and they will sweep the warehouse for misplaced items, returns, cancelled orders, etc. to see if they can find a straggler.

When I was considering buying a Loopy Green case, I couldn’t truly tell the color — since monitors are so different. I asked for a Pantone Color Code so I could match it exactly.

They sent it within hours, and I was able to make an informed decision.

Not sure what I do, but I tend to be a strap breaker. All I have to do is send them a photo of the broken strap, and I get a new one.

Recently, my replacement strap broke. They asked for photos of the case as well this time.

Due to ‘roughened edges’ around the holes, they are going to replace the entire case with one for the same purchase value of this one - $39.99. Free shipping.

They no longer have this particular one in stock, but I was able to get the next closest thing.

Loopy’s agents are responsive. Loopy’s agents are fast. Loopy’s agents are customer oriented.

My best friend is now a LoopyCase owner. She says she has always had great interactions with customer service. Although much fewer interactions than I seem to have!

I have had 2 orders processed and have yet to receive them. I placed my 1st order early Nov, when I didn’t get that order they sent it again. Now that order has not come even though I was promised this order by Christmas. I’m not sure why this has happened as I’m a long time loopy customer but I’m not happy about it at all. Not sure what to do about it now. Support has been ok, but not quick to respond and haven’t been contacted since the 2nd time I didn’t receive my order. Hopefully loopy can make this right.

I think the loopy case is a great concept. The actual loopy makes it much more convenient to hold your phone up and type and to take photos. Even compared to the pop-up style.

The case is a little flimsy and turns a tinge of yellow over time. Designs are cute. Customer service is, meh.

That said…

The case totally heats up my phone to the point that it shuts right down. I actually thought it was an iPhone problem at first and went to Apple for their support. They couldn’t determine an issue, however, replaced the hardware for me after repeated complaints. Still didn’t fix the problem long term.

I ended up upgrading to an iPhone 15 Pro Max … AND guess what? This phone is now overheating. BRAND NEW! To the point it is actually burning. Then completely shuts down because it’s a hazard. Indoors, not in the sun. Talk about ruining an $1800 device.

In the moment, several friends have felt the heat and were blown away (no pun intended).

Unbelievable, I’m surprised I haven’t seen more complaints about this. Or people are just not connecting the dots. I can’t even have the phone in a purse pocket or laying down flat on something before it takes minutes to overheat and BURN your hand.

Last purchase for the Loopy is all I can say.

These are the best cases ever. I’ve ordered 6 cases over the past few years, all for iPhones, and I will never own another case again. Highly recommend! I used to drop my phone all the time and spent a fortune fixing screens. The loop allows me to hooky phone with a single finger and still use both my hands to carry groceries (or kids!).

I ordered a loopy case for my iPhone 13 max. It will not fit my phone properly, no matter how I try. One corner of the phon simply will not snap into the case, and the slots for charging and right side buttons are inaccessible with the loopy case on. I have never had these problems with other cases. I will not bother trying to contact the company. They obviously make contacting them as difficult as possible

Horrible customer service there’s no phone number to call them and they don’t respond to emails. I ordered a loopy case and a loop and they did not send me the loop so now I’m out five dollars.

The cases are cheap, flimsy plastic. For $50 it’s a crappy phone case with a couple holes. The $5 “loops” are one loop. Who used a plural for only one item? Companies that want to screw you. They claim to have 66k reviews with a 4.9 rating, yet here it’s littered with bad reviews. It’s all false claims. Don’t waste your money.

Oh and the best part? You’d think you were paying for some original design, but nah, they just shove the extra loop parts behind your phone so it bulges out. What a joke.

Not to mention they make their reviews look like trustpilot colors on purpose. What a scam.

I love my Loopy Case so glad I came across thier website. This case is so comfortable I like the loop no more popsockets for me! I want more cases now lol. The case came in a nice cloth bag I got an extra loop the loop is great quality 2 will last forever! Thanks Loopy ill be telling everyone to get one!

This is the best phone case I have ever had! I absolutely love it, it’s makes carrying my phone around so much easier and I am positive that I haven’t dropped it since I’ve gotten it!
The case itself is really pretty. I am a complete convert!

First time ordering from Loopy. I'm in the UK. Fell in love with the black Abalone case for my S23 Plus. Very glad to have ordered a dark case, given the poor reviews I'm seeing on the discolouration of the light coloured cases. I doubt I'll have that issue with mine. However, for the cost of these, I just don't think they're worth it. I'm not going it bother returning after finding out the return postage amount and that it'll be deducted from my refund. It's just not worth the effort. But I'm a phone case addict so I know a lot about a lot of cases! I have many from Casetify, Velvet Caviar, Burga, Brindly, Dipsoda, Harper & Blake and The Dairy. Of all these, Loopy are by far the most flimsy despite being close in price range to Casetify. Before putting the case on my phone, it appeared to be warped. Unsure if this was in transit or if they're all like this but regardless, putting the case on the phone stretched out any warping so it had no effect on the use of the case but it certainly gave it a cheap feel when I've paid in excess of £50 for it. The loop part was relatively easy to adjust. Feels very tight but I guess it has to be. The design of the case is stunning, that element I cannot fault. But if I wanted this case to guarantee my phone was protected, I wouldn't be relying on it. The bumper around the edge is very flimsy compared to all my other cases. I wouldn't trust it if I dropped it on hard ground. The back of the case feels a bit cheap too as it obviously doesn't lay completely flat owing to the ends of the loop being inside the back of the case. It also goes without saying that wireless charging is pretty much impossible regardless of all the faffing about they say you can do on their site. So if you rely on this all the time then this is going to be problematic. You also need to lie your phone screen down all the time as the loop means it won't lie flat on its back. For those of us with Samsung phones who are used to the Always On display and being able to glance at our phone and see notifications, laying the phone face down doesn't feel natural. I don't want to have to pick my phone up to look at the screen every time I get a notification. Overall, I don't really recommend these cases for the price. I will keep mine but only to use for any times when I know the loop and being able to use it one-handed will come in useful. I do quite a lot of outdoor hikes with my dog so I'm sure it'll come in handy then. But it won't be an everyday case. I have a stand on my work desk which is also a wireless charger to keep my phone charged whilst it's just sat there - this case means that wouldn't be possible. So a daily workhorse case this is never going to be for me. I wish the company would do standard cases with the same design but minus the loop. For me at least, the advantages of the loop are outweighed by the disadvantages and reduction in overall functionality. I'm not clumsy and I've never dropped or smashed a phone in my life so the safety element of the loop isn't really that important for me. If they ever release cases without the loop in the future then I'm sure I'd buy more as the designs are cute, but ultimately no more cute than what you can get from Velvet Caviar. In fact, some are so similar I'm inclined to suspect one is taking inspiration from the other but unsure who was first with some of these designs!

This is my 2nd review as I have recently ordered my 2nd case as I just had too, they are all so nice and so hard to choose a design and I just want them all! I live in the UK and have only just found these after using pop sockets for a good few years, the delivery was 4 days and tracking was great as I got text messages they even came a day early, I will continue to purchase these beautiful cases and I just love the handy loop as I can carry a lot more stuff and more importantly I can use both hands to get up my stairs with the hand rails due to a having a back problem, thanks for bringing these cases to the UK
