Ordered a gold chain for my Son's 21st birthday and paid for next day delivery on 24th June. My Son's birthday was yesterday, 29th June and still no sign of the chain!!

Brought 3 items in total, two bangles one for my son which was engraved and then one for myself also a belcher bracelet for myself, had a issue with delivery but chanel was quick to look into this and chase it up for me, one of the clasps had come off my bangle in transit and again chanel was amazing and took the item back to repair it for me, her customer service was amazing and I love the fact she kept me updated on my items, I also loved the fact that you can use Klarna pay as the items I wanted I was able to get and amazing quality also, will definitely be using again soon ❤️
