I recently had a visit from Liam a young plumber from London Drainage Facilities, and I felt it was important to leave a review because the standard of his work truly stood out.
He arrived promptly at 8am, was clean, presentable, and immediately came across as knowledgeable and professional. From the outset, it was clear he took real pride in his work. He was thorough, diligent, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.
In all honesty, this level of care and attention is not something I’ve often experienced with contractors hired through local authorities. His efficiency, depth of knowledge, and overall workmanship were genuinely impressive.
I’m incredibly grateful for the service he provided, and it gave me real confidence and hope in the next generation of tradespeople. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

Liam came today on time, identify kindly asked if it’s all right to walk with his shoes on ( I was surprised) he was very kind asked about the problem, listened carefully when I explained and then he start sorting out the problem with the drain. Good knowledge and clean job. Thank you Liam for all the help.

The Plummer (mr Rob England) came out quickly ( lucky he was working nearby when I call) and did a professional job. I initially had an issue with my kitchen sink, but he also identified a problem with the washing machine pipe and fixed both properly. It was a huge help.

He even sorted out a slow drain in the bathroom in no time.

Determined and skilled - Alfie Sykes was excellent and looked for solutions from the outset. The team as a whole were extremely responsive.

Rob England was very nice & friendly. He did a great job and even gave me some great tips.

Liam arrived on time. He was very understanding. I have obessessive compulsive disorder but he was so cooperative. Thank you and hope to have him again if have problems with my tapes repair. He discussed all the repairs explained well.

Myself as well as other residents had been unable to use sinks and appliances due to a bad blockage. Previous attempts were unsuccessful until Byron came!! He was fantastic and determined to get it sorted for us , which he did. We cannot thank him enough for his efficiency, determination and professionalism.
