Really bad experience.

I would steer well away from these people. I expected a quick affordable workmanlike service.

They were truly shocking. They did not deliver in 6 hours but claimed they had with a bogus time stamp on their work.

1. Logos provided were extremely poor. Three failed to follow my specific colour guidelines, the additional three were very poor.
2. When I asked for revisions they just went to ground. Their Chat service is permanently not working and they offer a message facility instead which they didn't answer any of three complaints or requests to come back to me.
3. They failed to respond to a direct email entirely.

In summary they take your money - send you awful designs - they disappear.

Fake company - I tried to get these clowns to do a logo for me - it was shoddy at best. I asked for a refund - given their hassle refund policy. Still no refund almost six months later and they just refuse to reply to emails. Then send a telephone number for customer services - it is a scam too. The second I phoned it (no answer by the way) I received dozens of scam calls - coincidence - I think not!

Read the other reviews and don't go near these clowns. Not even clowns - thieves and fraudsters!

Basically they’ll send you an initial design and then never bother contacting you again!! Complete con artists!!!

Writing this to warn customers who are thinking of getting their service and those who are planning to work for them... I was one of the designers of this company until I realized that the company is a scam, so I resigned (and other designers, too). They are scammers for a lot of reasons. 1. They tell on the site that the designers are from USA, but NO, we're from ASIA. 2. They tell on the site that 3 designers work on one order, but NO, ONLY 1 IN 6HRS (Only 9 designers, 3 in each shift, work on orders plus unlimited revisions everyday) . 3. They tell us (designers) they will pay us twice a month but never did, wages are always 1-2 weeks delayed. So we only receive half of what's promised we'll receive a month. 4. They haven't given us the last wage I, and others who have resigned, have worked for. They even asked us to continue working on revisions (without pay!) after we have resigned. And recently threatened they'll not give it to us because they said we keep on bothering them about it.

This company is like a factory who demands you to work harder than you are already doing, to get them more sales, but don't give its employees a proper compensation. In short, THEY TREAT US LIKE ROBOTS. No value to its employees and customers. Therefore, I believe this company will never succeed. I will just let karma do its thing.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU REALLY BAD DESIGNS DONE IN SOME TEMPLATES AND AFTER REQUESTING REVISIONS, THEY WILL ATTEMPT ONE MORE TIME AND WITHOUT MUCH OF A CHANGE FROM THE ORIGINAL DESIGN.

AFTER THAT THEY WILL NEVER EVER RESPOND TO YOU. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

Most of the one star reviews have been very fortunate....I actually paid for the £35 logo service plus VAT of £7 I have received absolutely nothing at all from this SCAM company. I tried to contact them via their 24/7 online chat service but there is no one to chat too. I then called an 0800 number which I'm sure will have cost at least another £35 managed to speak to a person in another continent and was reassured my designs would be sent immediately.....still waiting. If only I had read the reviews before stupidly going ahead with this rip off company. AVOID....ironically I have just ticked the box to let logodesignguarantee.com know about my review that in itself is a waste of time.

This company is the most unethical company ever! I have been fighting with them for months over a refund they agreed to. They hang up on me the few times they pickup and my emails are returned saying " we are working on it please allow 24-48 hours for a resolution." Everything is basically auto generated by a computer and it's very obvious when you ask for revisions and they send you new logos ignoring absolutely everything you asked for. I'm so extremely frustrated and as a business owner myself I cannot believe they are still in business scamming people out of money. I intend to keep fighting them and hope people see this before giving them any money. I wish I would have done more research on them myself. Total absolute scam!!!!

The entire staff APPEAR from overseas regardless of what their website states. Which means not the same working hours as U.S., language barriers and lack of communication, etc...

They fail to follow simple logo revision requests. It takes multiple requests to get a simple revision done correctly. Each request takes about 24 hours. So, 6 simple details on one revision will take at least 3 days. Then, you have to wait another 3 days to get the remaining 50% of the revision requests done since they only did half of them.

I filed a dispute with credit card company to get my money back.

They don't answer the phones or return emails.

After multiple attempts to get logodesignguarantee.com to issue me a refund through emails, phone calls and instant messaging, they kept giving me blanket statements stating that they would forward my request to the Finance Department, that they will escalate my request for a refund, etc. They told me that they have up to 5 to 21 business days to process the refund. Still nothing after one month (25 business days to be exact). It is unbelievable that on their website, they boasted about their guarantee by saying "365 Day, 100% Money Back Guarantee", "Refund available at any time" and "No Questions. No Fees." Totally false advertising!

They lied about customer and refunds.

This company is a big SCAM!! I purchased a logo design. It was non-professional. After 1 week I requested a refund. They told me to try more revisions. I stressed to them that I do not want revisions but a refund! I was emailed that it takes 5-21 days. Weird. Never happened.

The customer service person does not speak English or comprehend anything. They use U.S.A images to draw people in. Another thing they stress is customer service multiple times on the site. To mask their deception.. Complete Fraud!

They avoid calls and emails. So sad!!

Please do not visit or purchase anything from this site!! I wish I knew about this site before I began any transaction with this company.

People, pay the money for good service. Do not skim around things. Look for replica companies with good standing. It will save you time and money!!

I will post this information on all or any resources on web and with the authorities about this company so it can be shut down and investigated!!

I had used this company logodesignguarantee.com or .co.uk and it has been one of the worst decision ever. First they came to me with a worst designs of my logo ever even after providing a draft sketch of what I wanted and they couldn't even do that. After several revisions, I realised I was not going anywhere so asked for a refund... But nothing!!

I have chased them so many times on the phone, emails, live chats.. but nothing at all.. no refund, no emails, no phone calls.. nothing!!
I would request everyone to not use this company. They have no postal address, which I realised now, and it is simply to hide from customers.

Just look at this companys reviews all over internet. You will realise within a minute that you should stay far from this company. Its got so many negative reviews all over reviewing websites. Dont waste your money. When you call them you can hardly hear them as they use voip and they complain saying they can hear you anything and hand up.. Worst company ever..

In may of last year i wanted a web page for my buisness and after reading Logo design Guarantees : website blurb i paid for a 1 page website £199.00 plus VAT the process took until September and was very frustrating and finally we got there , not brilliant but ok for what i needed.
Now we come to the SEO which is part of the contract- non existant they kept telling me to be patient as it takes time, it is now january 2015 and i still do not have a precence on google or any where else, I have asked for money back, they refuse, i have asked for there office address but they will not give it to me ( I know i should have known better but i did not realise when i booked the service ther was no office address) and now i have checked them out on various forums my worst fears are realised there are so many complaints i really dont know how they are still up and running.
Anyway i hope this helps and remember -If it sounds to good to be true it probably is!

Like the previous reviewer, I got poor designs, long delaying attics in trying to get my money back with no success. In the end Barclay Card refunded my money.

LogodesignGuarantee have been doing this for at least three years and one angry customer traced their UK 0800 number back to an address in Hong Kong! Never, ever use this company. Why has it not been shut down?

I paid for logo service and like many people say, it is amateurish at best. After multiple revisions and explaining myself to death, I requested a refund since they claim to have the best guarantee in the business.

To make a LONG story short, it has been like pulling teeth to get a refund!! First the girl told me I couldn't get one despite not receiving any files (only revisions) then I keep getting emails from customer service ignoring my request by them offering me to keep trying the revisions!! I have not received any files and therefore I should be due a refund because I am completely unsatisfied! I now am forced to go through my bank to get my money back, I wouldn't give this company $1.00 for their generic logos I could do myself!

This is clearly a company who doesn't keep their word!

Stay away if you want to avoid a headache!
