Not best impressed to say the least!!!!!!!
Instructed Location to market our property in November 2022. Had the valuation, which we thought would be a swift 30 - 45 mins affair. The agent was here for 2 hours, the classic whoever speaks first loses out sales scenario to sign up there and then. We did not, doing so a while later after weighing up our options.
3 months has almost gone by,1 viewing which was a complete waste of time. To be honest, i think it was previous owners come to look in person how we had completely renovated the property. Just my personal opinion.
Updates with Location, 0. Only time communication was had with them with them was when calling to ask if any enquiries had been made.
Asking that when and if anybody wanted to view, they only sent prospective buyers who were in a position to proceed as felt wasting our time along with theirs. We were informed that could be done, but folk like to come and look before instructing an agent???? We feel the agent took offence at this and completely blanked us. As previously mentioned, no contact from them at all.
Have today, given the 2 weeks notice to withdraw from sale with them.
To be honest, we used this agency in 2015, the house was sold quickly and efficiently, as was kept informed of all that was going on.
Really do not know what has gone wrong there this time round?
