DO NOT do business with this person. He came and got items from me in 2024 after the death of a loved one. Some of the items were valuable. To date, I have not been paid one cent. I will seek to file a complaint with the state and attorney if necessary.

Sold a harley to these animals 2 months ago.Still no money.When i ask they say its in accounts.DONT TRUST THESE THEIVES.NOW IVE GOT TO PAY FOR A LAWYER.

Beware , this is not a legitimate business, they are running a scam, I dropped off my car mid January for a end of January auction, I called end of January to say I couldn’t see the car online so they said wait till the next one end of February , I reluctantly waited, car sold 28th of February and it’s now MAY & I have still not been paid , there staff are all trained to lie and I’ll have to take this matter to lawyers to get my money, this is beyond joke DEFINITELY DO NOT SELL ANYTHING WOTH LLYODS they will sell it and you will not get your money , I’m going to report my car stolen

Very disappointing experience. It’s been over a month with no clear response on my payment despite multiple follow-ups. No one has been able to provide a straight answer.

As a small business, delays like this seriously impact us. Poor communication and lack of accountability from a company that claims strong values.

I placed a bid at Auction for a car. Looking at it it was in fair condition. I did not win the Auction. The winner pulled out and Lloyds called me and offer me the car. I paid and brought down a mechanic to inspect and provide a safety certificate. The mechanic inspected it and reported water in the engine. I reported this to Lloyds who understood that the car was obviously worthless and they agreed to refund and notify the seller. All I had to do was fill in the details on an online form. A month later after it was too long to reverse payment to them I received a generic email stating a number of possible reasons that were not applicable as justification for their refusal to refund. I called Lloyds customer relations as the email suggested and was told that the people who sent the email don't have phones and they did not have any answers. Clearly dealing with Lloyds is like dealing with scammers at a third world flea market.

This was a terrible experience I purchased a car at Auction and they where very selective in the faults they highlighted. It was missrepresentation by ommision. When issues where pointed out they where very uncompromising and arogant. When compared to the descriptions offered by Mainhiem, Pickles and even Grays, Lloyds fall very short in consistancy and content. The best advise I can offer to anyone considering bidding on a car,is to take the advise they offered me. "Dont bid on a car without inspecting personally" Certainly dont trust the staff.

Very Rude customer service. Condescending and utter arrogance. Bombard you with text and emails claiming you owe money after payments have been completed.
Shipping is a NIGHTMARE... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

-2 smaller purchases arrived with tracking and no issues, they were good value and quite good quality.
-3rd expensive item did not arrive (no tracking provided this time) Craig from customer relations sent my money back a month later in conjunction with my banks request after informing me this item had been sent to wrong customer

Expensive item was posted to the wrong customer, can’t speak to anyone on the phone, listed offices are closed, story about item changed every time i emailed/chat-roomed someone until Craig from customer relations finally got involved. Many items being sold at once so different areas that communicate with each other rather poorly.
PLEASE PAY WITH CREDIT CARD THAT GIVES YOU ONLINE PURCHASE PROTECTION.

not sending items within indicated timeframe - shocking customer relations, total ignorance, customers not allow to talk to responsible managers

I gave up in disgust after their utter total incompetence and disgusting customer service. { their system wouldn't allow me to log on and they never even tried to rectify the issue}. I tried going back after 2 years and made 4 attempts to register...each time being sent a confirmation code. NOT ONE OF THE CODES WORKED! - and as usual, when I raised the issue with them they gave me the run around and did nothing.

I have been using Lloyds Auctions for years for selling artwork and high-end jewellery from my collecting and trading and have found them to be supremely professional and comprehensive. They do really do care about my items I sell through them. I've also sold a classic car through them and got more than I thought I would. I have more recently been purchasing wine from them at unbelievable prices including delivery. I'm not sure about their ranges of whites but the reds have been grand!
