There clothing is made from cheap fabrics, If you want to return they continue to tell you to keep the product and they offer a small discount. When I rejected that offer, because I wanted a full credit they increased there discount amount, when I refused that they offered yet another higher discount. I had to fight with them to get a full credit. Very horrible company.

I was very pleased with my recent purchase. Everything fit and the quality was surprisingly good considering the reasonable prices. The delivery was prompt.

Wish it was a bit larger. I love it though.

It was easy to get reimbursed on an order that was out of stock. Quality of clothes great!

I would give this company a MINUS 10 on their customer service and return policy. The dress was very cheaply made and looked horrible. They first offered me $8 NOT to return it. I turned them down and they then said they'd offer me $16 and I'd have to pay for the return shipping. How can any legitimate business get away with such pathetically poor customer service? Their website promises Easy Returns, but it delivers anything BUT! Do NOT buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Pants were billed as navy blue but it was grey with a touch of blue. Not the dark navy blue I expected. Good fit for both items.

I finally received 2 dresses after the event date. There was no packing invoice, no return information ( both were too small). Does anyone know where to return merchandise to?

Not sure who they are or where they originate but my choices were very good . The size small is on the bigger side especially the Jean dress I will cinch it . The other two items were great . The arrival was good . I’m assuming they are in china . But no complaints. It would be nice to know if it’s a North American company

Colour as shown, lovely material, size S fits perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Material is cheap. Order two dresses, one was true to size, one was 2 sizes too big. Hard to find address for return.

Buyer beware!
Sizing is way off. I ordered three items all same size, all are way off from sizing on web site. Quality is awful.
Two full length dresses one 4” short the other way too long.
Returns are ridiculously difficult. I spent just over $100 and they first offered me $15 refund.
The refund offers are a testament to what they think their clothing is worth.
After numerous emails they have finally agreed to full refund but I have to ship everything back to Dubai.

I have made complaints to the BBB and to Division of Consumer Protection (DCP) in NYS.

Don’t buy from them - very expensive for what you get and the sizes are way off - no returns
Horrible business practices - lesson learned! But hopefully someone else can save their money

Received 2 dresses that I ordered but they didnt fit. Their website said easy returns and fast shipping Well neither are true. It took 3to 4 weeks to get product and when I tried to return they said only if defective will they return product.

I was skeptical about buying from a site I found on Facebook, but I love the outfit I got!

I tried on my three outfits and they fit to the true size. They are absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to order more. The shipment took a lot longer than other stores so I will have to keep that in mind.
