I did not receive my order and could not have the tracking number from them.They just ignored until I reported to my payment office.They tried to lie to customer and keep delay .I will never buy anything from this company anymore. I wish I could give no star to them.

Good product, good service

I am happy with Liwisi service. I have ordered from Liwisi for more than 3 times. Always get what i ordered. Just one suggestion, if you can update customers the tracking number on their orders, it would help us less worrying. My first order took nearly a month of waiting. And i did not have any update on my order until it arrived. At that time, after 2 weeks placed the order, i did think that i had lost my money. Out of that, i have nothing to complain.

The LIWISIE team is very responsive. After I filed in the complaint, they responded and track the shipment status swiftly. Appreciate their effort in the following up as the shipment has been safely received.

Excellent customer service

Just discovered Liwisi, and now it's one of my favourite sites whenever I look for new clothings, be it formal or casual. What impresses me the most is their excellent customer service. I have had a problem in tracking my parcel, on which I have sent an email to request for help. Their response is almost instant. Plus, the quality of the dress I bought is up-to-standard. Will definitely buy again.

1 for 1 exchange

I ordered a sweater in Dec,the top didn't really suit me, I requested for an exchange, they are so kind by allowing me to order another clothes without topping a single cent though the 2nd item value is slightly higher. However I would think they should improve their administrative work.
In total I had 2 orders experience with them so far I am satisfied with the quality.

My package is missing

My package is missing. I paid for 3 shirts and have not received any. It's been more than 2 weeks.

This is the first time I ordered from your company and your delivery service is terrible and not reliable.

If you cannot deliver please refund because you have not responded to any of my emails.

Order 2 Weeks+ Ago, Still Not Delivered

I ordered 2 tops on 29 January, but still not get them delivered. The tracking app still says "pending pickup" which I cannot know where they are.
So I thought it might be scammer. How come it takes more than 2 weeks, even within the same SEA region??
Even if it (luckily) arrives, I will never use this service again which takes too long for delivery.

Worst experience

Place my order January 30, 2025. I received 1 of 2 shipment package last week. Where is my 2nd shipment package? Called Unini shipping company said only received invoice but package never arrived since 2/3/2025. Emailed your company at least 3 times for status update but no one replied. Not sure why you ignored and no respond to the customer email. The worst experience. Please resolve it ASAP.

Worst experience

Worst shopping experience ever! The quality was so poor. Got damaged items, and none of my 14 items had tags like SIZE, material, or where it’s made. You don’t know what size you get. All of them were way to big! I ordered US small sizes but they all look like the Large size. I returned the item. I was told i would be refunded after i initiate return, no! They said contact after parcel is delivered. My parcel got delivered 3 days ago and i emailed them, no response or refund yet. I purchased $400+ items and paid another $132 for return. I’m still waiting to be refunded!
