I have been a returning Customer for…

I have been a returning Customer for quite a few times . Most of the clothes I buy are mainly office wear and the quality is good so far. I would definitely be buying again . And I like the designs as well. Delivery is a bit long though.

low quality and poor customer service

Quality of the items were disappointed, things weren’t sewn straight or well. There are some seams undone. A dress I ordered doesn’t look like the one on website. I wouldn’t have written a review like this if they accepted my return request sooner, but even I contacted them within 7 days after I received the items, I’m still waiting for their response, and it’s been 2 weeks now. It feels like I was scammed.

Still no response after 4 emails

I received my order from Liwisi on June 27th and sent my first email requesting a return on June 30th.
Since then, I’ve sent four emails, but I haven’t received any reply.
Their website says responses are provided within 24 hours, but it has now been over a week.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
Be very careful before ordering — the lack of response is unacceptable.

The store designs are good

The store designs are good, but a little pricey. Have purchased several times n am generally happy with the quality of the clothings. This is no tracking of shipping though. Took at least 2 weeks to arrive.
Only negative feedback is price point could be lower.

I ordered a dress cost 31

I ordered a dress cost 31. 90 and costs me 36.86 including shipping.
But when i checked my accounts shockingly it took 58.62dollars and not returned.

My first and also last order

My first and also last order, item took 7 weeks to arrive, none of the clothing can be use due to quality and fitting not right. During the shipping delay, customer support offer 20% refund which never happened, 2 emails to follow up and got no respond back. This review summarize the whole experience.

Update June 15th- Liwisi respond for me to contact them through customer Service email, I followed their instruction and once again still no respond, what is the point? Disappointment after disappointment

I wanted to return but they said…

I wanted to return but they said shipping would be expensive, so they offered to give me credit and keep the items (which I can’t use due to sizing), told them I would donate it instead.
Received the credit code but when I tried to use it, it doesn’t work. Emailed 4x times and no reply. That is worth $200+ wasted. Disappointed with customer service.

Disappointing service

Bad stuff

Got 3 items from them, look good on the net but very bad quality and cutting when you see the items. Not recommended.

ORDER NO #L81313, cant return as products too rubbish that i throw away all of them right after receiving them. Poor quality.
