I absolutely loved the postcards I received ! Exactly what I wanted, fair price and good quality! Also great customer service ! I think it is unfair some reviews here, Actually it happened to me that I ordered an item and somehow it took money from my account and didn't process the order. I just spoke to my bank account and they gave me back the money ASAP. When I e-mailed costumer service they have always been friendly and helpful. No issue from my side and loved it !!

Awful company did not send order and did not respond to emails. After reading reviews I see that I am not the only one. Item got dispatched and never arrived that was 6 weeks ago. DO NOT USE COMPANY.

Been buying from this company for about eight years for my craft workshops and never had a problem. Great quality products, parcels are always mailed on time and they're very helpful when I have my (probably sometimes silly) questions! Thank you.

Shocking I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order my order also didn’t arrive and my payment was taken having emailed the company it is not their problem

DO NOT USE. I order two products that were over £50. I emailed them to see where they were as two weeks had passed and I paid extra for express delivery. They contacted me back to say they had sent them second class post and it is my responsibility to find them and I should contact the royal mail. I have told them that this is legally there issue and not mine. They emailed me back to say they will not resend them again or refund my money. I have now had to report this to the credit card fraud department who are now taking action. Just make life easier and DO NOT USE them

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - PLACED AN ORDER AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF DISPATCH ON 6TH DECEMBER WITH 3-4 DAY DELIVERY TIME. GOODS NOT ARRIVED AND SENT 3 EMAILS ASKING WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE ORDER TO WHICH I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND OR INFORMATION ON DELIVERY NO RESPONSE- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I placed an order with this company using the Express Mail ( 1- 2 days) option costing me £4.50 for some wire floristy frames for xmas wreaths, the items still werent here after 7 days waiting and when i emailed the company asking for tracking information i received a rude, unhelpful and unprofessional reply stating they had no tracking service and that this is only a standard order so can come anytime over the next 3 weeks. I complained and said well what have i paid extra delivery costs for? and requested a refund. They told me not to reply unless I wait for the items for another two weeks. Very misleading & unprofessional company I would NOT recommend. No contact number for them which sets alarm bells. Avoid at all costs

Purchased among other things 3 rolls of cellophane, to wrap presents, direct from the company. Paid £8.25 postage for special delivery in time for the party. Only one roll delivered. Price of 2 rolls refunded but not postage. The response from the company was "I’m afraid delivery service costs do not refer to the contents of the order, rather that the service was fulfilled." "For this specific service, a refund would only be provided if the entire order was delivered after the stated delivery date guarantee, which it was not."
