Easy ordering and quick delivery.
Ordering was easy and delivery was equally good. Sadly I had ordered the wrong item and I obtained the company’s immediate permission to return the purchase, at my expense of course. This I have done and expect to receive a refund in the next few days.

It arrived was not entirely happy that it was left with someone who spoke no English and the driver blocked other residents in the block of flats I live in not very though or considerate.
Other vehicles could not get around or past him!! 😡

Delivery appalling
Litecraft bulbs were delivered by Amazon who e mailed to say they " were handed to resident" clearly a lie as I was 70 miles away. I had left a clear instruction on Amazon to place behind the storm door. Instead they put a note through saying " in black bin" - floating electric bulbs and packaging dripping wet . I'm not criticizing the seller but have no way to test bulbs as the coachlight I wanted them for has not been fitted yet . I'm not sure they're safe to test anyway. Updated...
I now have my coachlight up and working the bulb comes on when required and is brighter than I had imagined. It does not stay on long but adequate for approach and unlocking the door. Very happy with the unit.

One of the lights was fabulous but the…
One of the lights was fabulous but the other had a lot of fixings faults , unfortunately we had to re-drill some areas and replace screws as it had to be put up this weekend and we did not have time to return and await another one all the fixing points seem to have been in the wrong places and the screws were not long enough due to this
