I am still waiting for the light I ordered last week! I was told delivery in 24/48 hours but am still waiting five days later. Absolutely terrible service, as a contractor I feel completely let down!!!

True colours if there’s a problem
Bought garden lights that give a rainbow ring around the light when switched on - can only find this out when installed. No mention of this in description.
After several months of back and forth - they refused to provide a refund as they don’t deem the product as faulty and I have “installed” them. Tell me who wants garden lights that show a random rainbow ring around the light?! Poor customer service when there’s a problem with the product - feels very much like dropshipping…

The lighting effect you describe has not been reported by other customers, despite this being a well-established product that has been sold many times. Although your enquiry was raised outside of our standard returns period, we still took the matter seriously and offered to inspect the lights to determine whether a fault was present.
As the product had already been installed and our offer to inspect it was declined, we were unable to verify that a manufacturing defect existed. We therefore could not approve the 50% partial refund that was requested without first assessing the product. Our decision was based on the information available and our returns policy, rather than a reluctance to help.
We always strive to provide fair and professional customer service, which is why we offered to investigate the issue even though the purchase was beyond the normal returns window. While we're disappointed that we couldn't reach a resolution that met your expectations, we believe our team acted reasonably throughout the process and made every effort to assist.
