This is what customer service is all about. When something goes wrong it's how you fix it. There was an issue with one of the smoke alarms and after a few rapidly responded to emails a replacement was sent. Thank you Siobhan

The alarms were delivered very quickly and the young woman on the help desk very patiently and clearly talked me through the setting up when I had difficulty following the written instructions
All the alarms are linked up and work perfectly

Also the paper instructions are confusing at best. The video is the way to work them out with regards to linking up. Now I know how to do it having installed a good number

The equipment included in our wireless fire alarm system was brilliant. The instructional video to support the installation procedure was also excellent, making the whole experience hassle-free. I would unreservedly recommend this equipment and found it great value for money into the bargain.

The alarms arrived quickly and were simple to instal. The linking process is straightforward. The best bit is the final test when your whole house is filled with screaming detectors for 10 seconds!

These were so easy to fit and set up. Having easy to follow instructions makes a huge difference. They arrived pretty quickly and packaging was good.
If youve got a bit of "fog brain" like me then you won't go wrong with these. And, great price. I bought 3 for a 2 bed house which is quite sufficient.

At 72 l was having trouble linking the alarms. After emailing them to tell of my problems a was phoned and a young lady walked me through it step by step. l can't speak highly enough of this company.

Due to new Scot’s law I thought I’d better make sure my house was Compliant regarding smoke alarms etc. I ordered them all online and they came very quickly. I watched the information video how to set alarms up and found this to be very simple. All installed with no issues. 7 x smokes, 1 x carbon monoxide and 2 x heat alarms. Would recommend these alarms as everything straight forward and simple. They seem to me to be of good quality.

Great alarms. Bought a set for my house and my daughter’s flat as well. Excellent piece of mind and they are easy to set up. I would highly recommend these.

The sales team were very knowledable on their products, and from many answered questions I ordered up 1 x Co2 alarm 1x Heat sensor alarm and 4x smoke alarm all deliverd ontime. Once I started to plan installation, I realised I needed some advise on how to link up all the Alarms together , after calling them again they explained the whole process, it certainly worked as planned.

Ordered 6 alarms online, 24hrs later they were delivered. Had a problem syncing 1 alarm, I emailed them a question, they replied ASAP, I followed the instructions (my fault) and they all fell into sync. Good system, would use again.
