Missing key descriitive word
The product missed a key description which means I wasted my money, and I will have to pay for a return. I’m deeply annoyed as one extra word would have prevented this. No acknowledgement in the reply to my enquiry about the product that it was mis-described, more an implication I should have known. Having been a client, ok a small one, it’s disappointing given how much you talk about your pride and the importance of serving your customers.

The ordering online was easy and the delivery time met the due date. The parcel arrived well packaged and the duvet cover and pillow cases are of a very good quality. I would recommend using this supplier.
