Lovely, but the fixtures aren’t great.
The fish are beautiful, there is a lovely quality to them and I’m very pleased. They also came within a reasonable time frame. However, they don’t have the necessary holes and fixtures required to hang them as they’ve been marketed. There is only one hanger, meaning they’d all hang vertically. When I contacted them to query, I was advised to use tape, which isn’t really an option unless I want to ruin the paintwork, which I don’t. So, the quandary lies with me which is irritating.

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the fixture holes on the back of the items. Apologies for any confusion; our Customer Services Team responded to your email with details on how to hang the items. However, we weren't aware you were unhappy with the fixings prior to this review.

Not worth £10 never mind £100
The quality of the product was substandard polyresin when the photographs were clearly made to look like ceramic and the description did nothing to alter this - you will refund but I have to pay exorbitant postage costs as it came in a huge unnecessary box. Customer service is no help and this return policy is unfair - hence my complaint

We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your Blue Parrot Candle Holders. Unfortunately we can't offer you a free return on your order, despite your multiple threats over email & social media platforms.
The item you ordered is photographed and priced as a polyresin product. We're sorry that you assumed these were made of ceramics, especially as we don't state or advertise this anywhere online.
A member of the team has sent across our returns form, as well as links which you might find useful to organise your chosen courier. We also offered further support over email should you need any assistance with this return.
All of our items are overboxed to ensure that they don't sustain damage during transit; this is especially important for fragile items such as these candle holders. If you wish to change your return packaging, you are able to do so, but we'd strongly recommend that you don't.
As soon as we have received your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.
Once again, we're sorry that you're unhappy with your item & assumed that we offered free returns. We do have a 'Returns Information' page on our website, as well as clearly state our returns information in our FAQs and T&Cs. Apologies that you missed this.
