Hi,
I am so sorry that your order has not been dispatched yet. Due to COVID19, we had to close our factory to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and we've implemented some big changes - you can read more about this on our blog:

An honest review
I only ordered a sample box- expecting to only receive a small square. However I was quite surprised to find that it was a full box. Some of the edges were not cut too great but with it only being a sample I was not too bothered by it. Did I mention that its eco friendly too?
I wish there were more boxes that I could put designs on or made clear whether double side printing options are available or to have low quantity for those who want to show a client a physical product. You're probably thinking I'm a bit miffed, but infact I'm quite the opposite and will be putting in an order and contacting them to get answers.

We are terribly sorry for the delay. But due the current situation, unfortunately the business was closed on the 25th and all staff were sent home, we are due back to open on the 8th April.
The website was updated immediately and a red banner at the top of the website does state:
COVID19 UPDATE - Factory & Warehouse CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS. All orders will be fulfilled upon our return 8th April.
Once again we apologise for the delay and that this was not made clear enough for you, we will get your goods out once we have staff back in the building to pick and pack your order on the 8th, please allow a day or so as we have a large back log of orders to fulfill.

Excellent for affordable envelopes
Brought a couple of envelopes to pack some art work. This website is really affordable for good quality envelopes. They arrived quick and in excellent condition. Their customer service is also extremely helpful.
I didn't give it 5stars as the sizing is a little confusing.
