The battery case arrived with the little clip to keep it closed broken off, this means the lid doesn't stay on and keeps falling off. So annoying!
Antwort von Lights4fun
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the issue with the battery case. We understand how frustrating it must be when a small fault affects the usability of the lights. We’ve reached out to you directly so we can look into this and help get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
