Great network, very prompt to reply & fix any issues. So helpful & honest with any of my queries. Speed is good for my usage. Overall I'm very happy with this network.

Lightnet have always been a great company. Their customer service and communication is second to none. Never any issues with the signal and any time there is, they inform you of it and fix it promptly. I always recommend them to friends.

The best company for responding to issues. Phone gets answered by a human (after a couple of press 1 for this etc). And that human understands what you are saying and deals with any issues. Sometimes a technician needs to ring you back. But they DO! And usually very soon after. Real local customer service is what makes me stay with Lightnet. It's getting very hard to get with a lot of companies who believe FAQs and Chat solves issues. Or at best an outsourced Call centre, where communiction is a massive issue. Keep it up Lightnet!

I’m a customer of Lightnet for over 15 years and was always happy with their reliable service. If the service was interrupted for whatever reason, a phone call was enough and the connection was restored within a day.

Excellent customer service, I have been with Lightnet for approx 3 years. Last June there was an issue following lightning storms, they came out to site and fixed it very promptly. Lightnet are a breadth of fresh air compared to some of the larger broadband providers I've used in the past. I've never been in queue waiting for an agent to answer my call. Keep up the good work !

Lightnet offer exceptional customer care and service.
we live in a dead zone for fibre and mobile broadband and went with numerous different suppliers with none of them able to give consistent stable connections.
A friend recomended Lightnet and the guy came out and located the 2 masts visible from my house, the closest was partly obscurred by trees so he went with the one further away 23km as the crow flies and hey presto with a little bit of help from the tech support team at head office he got a good stable connection and three years later i am still completely happy with the service.
Yes for sure there are times when the speed drops below optimum but this is usually due to very bad weather or a very high load on the network.
Their commitment to providing value for money to the customer also needs to be noted my original package was 1TB a month @€55 i was exceeding that so i paid for an addon for an extra TB after a few months they reduced the cost of this addon and then shortly after that went to unlimited usuage and after 3 years i am still only paying 55 a month which considering the equipment supplied and the infastructure they have put in place is great value

We are with Lightnet approximately 15 years.. One of the few companies left that answers your calls!! , I had an issue with an apple router, made a call and the tech talked me through the settings even though I am not savvy with router menus. I see they are now offering fibre, no brainer for me!! Can’t see me moving to another provider, love Lightnet!

The only line that really works in the "boonies". It is quite fast too! The amazing thing is the customer's service. They reply to ANY query at lightning speed and are always very very nice. If there are problems with the line they fix it very quickly and keep you posted via sms with a real person and not a bot. Really, cannot recommend them enough

Always switched on when it comes to customer service. We often have guests staying in our house so they will often rely on a good standard of internet, I work remotely too so its essential, and they have not let me down.
