Having a remote property the internet provided via a satellite dish is always reliable, fast and for the price very good value, all-round an excellent service.

Getting lightnet was very easy. I called them and they came out by appointment, tested for signals, installed equipment professionally and effortlessly. We have used their services for about 2 years now. The product works all the time very well and meets our needs in a family home setting. Pricing was clear from the onset and is consistent and competitive. As a boadband provider Lightnet has provided a much needed service to communities that were otherwise unconnected. Their teams are professional, friendly and local and their equipment covers a wide range of customer needs. I would therefore recommend Lightnet highly.

The installation of our broadband was completed successfully by the engineer despite having to overcome some problems. He then got us up and running and took time to show us how everything worked.
So far very pleased with the service and performance.

Slow and over priced my phone is often better

Really happy with the reliability and great customer service from Lightnet, it's easy to get to talk to a real person on the phone and any issues are always dealt with quickly.

I had a problem with my broadband running slowly (which turned out to be another device on the network hogging the bandwidth, and not an issue with Lightnet at all)... a very patient and helpful person from the technical support team was able with my permission to take control of my pc to diagnose the problem within minutes.

I'm upgrading to fibre soon, and although i've been offered a slightly cheaper option with another provider I know I can trust Lightnet, having been with them for a few years now, and will definitely stay with them.

Lightnet has been providing our broadband service for almost 10 years!
In all that time, I can honestly say, that I have not had any problems with their service!
Our signal is great and Lightnet we’re the only company that was able to provide our area with broadband at the time, and at a very competitive rate!

A Lightnet customer for the past 4 years, I cannot rate their customer service highly enough. In that time, my broadband has never let me down, and on those occasions when I've needed support Lightnet has responded right away with great technical help.

Lightnet always notify us if there are interruptions to our broadband service and that is not often.

First rate service and a rapid response, and solution, when a problem is encountered.

I lost my connection following the power cuts brought by storm Jocelyn but within hours of my reporting the problem they identified the cause of the problem and reconnected my router remotely so I was back on line in a matter of hours.
