Great service from these lovely professional people, I couldn't get a service from anyone as I'm in rural area and down in a valley between 2 High hills ,these guys came out climbed houses and slatted sheds and I have Great comfort since definitely above and beyond, in miserable weather and with a smile

Lightnet are a fantastic company.Every month they send a thank you letter with the bill. They have a great aftersales service. Any problems with the broadband and they resolve it quickly and efficiently. They always answer the phone and you can discuss any problem with them and they talk you through the problem patiently especially when you are not tech savvy. I would find it hard to get a better broadband provider

I'm with Lightnet for years. Never had any trouble with them. Always answer phone or query straight away.
They told me upfront if I would get good reception or not before putting up the dish.

I have had a good overall experience using lighnet however the wimax connection drops from time to time, but usually resolves it self with an router reboot.

Service outages are extremely rare but when they have happened due to severe weather conditions, the communication from Lightnet has been excellent and repairs swift.

I have an account that has limited data per month, this is usually very adequate from my needs. Recently I had a friend staying who used up my months data in just over a week!! I rang Lighthouse to top up my account for the rest of the month and to my delight was told, as a valued customer who has been with them a long time, they would give me a very generous free 100GB. Now that is customer service.

I have been with Lightnet for a few years now and from installation to continuous high speed internet I cannot fault them. The customer service is excellent always a friendly voice and willing to help.
I was made the move three years ago and I recommended to many friends and family to get it. Highly recommend this service.

The staff are super. When I rang I got no answer and I didn't leave a message as I had intended to ring later but my missed call was returned very quickly which is great customer service and very rare these days! I had an engineer out in half an hour which is also great service and rare. The problem was fixed.

I teach online, so it is vital that I have good quality and consistent internet access so that I can engage with students from all around the world.
