What little contact I had with the vendor was fine - promptly delivered, good value product. Required a little more self-assembly than I expected and the directions weren't the very clearest, but we got there.

I bought the rise/fall ceiling light. It came promptly and was very carefully packed - important, because the shade was made of the alabaster glass. Unfortunately, it didn't look over our dining table as well we imagined, so I returned it, and without any fuss received the full refund.
