Ordered the lamp shade on a Sunday afternoon - arrived at my designated address at work on the Friday. Was kept fully informed about my order and expected day of delivery and when it arrived it was as stated in description details and very securely packed to avoid damage. Would definately return to this company when considering purchasing new lighting and shades

Bought a feather lampshade for a floor lamp in my bedroom. It was delivered really quickly. Even sent a text to say it would be delivered within a certain time frame and it was. Lampshade was nice not as big as I would of liked but nice all the same.

Very good service - quick delivery

Managed to purchase a discontinued wall lamp to match existing lamps, but one shade turned up damaged. Emailed a photo to the company and it was replaced with no quibbles straight away. So not a perfect experience, but I was very happy with the way the issue was dealt with.

Firstly i must say i love the lamp and was delivered even earlier an expected, and was updated on delivery, the only thing i would say is the instructions wasn't to good as to putting crystals on lamp shade, and the glass bit on top didn't sit right, i must admit i did get an e.mail back when i e.mailed a comment and a picture asking if i had done it right,and got a reply that it sits on a washer and it's a matter of just fiddling about with it,well i did get it a bit better but hey it might just be me, but as i say the lamp is beautiful, worth the fiddling! !

Having searched for the lights for hours found this company who where the cheapest, best website, and delivered to Ireland. Ordered and product arrived 4 days later ahead of schedule. Great service and pricing

No negatives at all. Product is great, pricing competitive, delivery on time within the one hour window quoted and ordering process easy. What's to complain about?! 😀

I ordered a light from this company on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an email saying 'checking stock availability'. I called them Thursday afternoon to ask when I may receive the order to which I was told Monday. They couldn't give me a time but said the delivery company would on the day but it could be up to 7pm. I said I didn't know if that would be too late and I might have to get back to them and cancel the order but I would let them know. Having now checked my emails, they have emailed me to say they have cancelled the order as they don't want unhappy customers or to inconvenience me if the order comes late on Monday. Well, I had decided that I would wait until Monday and take risk. Now it is 6.30pm and I am very unlikely to get the product from anywhere else before Monday anyway. They have my phone number so why not make a call and discuss this with me. It wasn't going to be shipped today. Absolutely disgusted by their customer service.

It took too many days, while my order was in "stock check" for quite a few days, before I got an update. I also send a message in the mean time, trying to find out what was going on, on which I did not get any response. All the time of course, the money had already been taking out of my account.
NOT ACCEPTABLE. Review your process.
