Highly recommend Life Balance 😁
I am halfway through my treatment process, I already feel I can walk, sit and sleep to a much better degree, I feel more energized and more engaged with life. The team are so friendly, warm and welcoming. Thank you Josh and the team for allowing the healing process to take place and improve my every day tasks in life 👍

Excellent results after adjustments. Such a friendly team that make you welcome & feel confident with your treatment. Would highly recommend their services.

Went with a bad neck and back, and it’s been a great experience, if your not sure please just give them a chance and you WILL see the difference, also a big shout out to the reception staff as they are all so friendly and nothing is a problem!!!!

I would highly recommend Life Balance Chiropractic Centre to anyone! I've been suffering with neck pain, low mood and headaches almost 2 years. After being ignored by my GP on multiple occasions, I decided to look for help elsewhere, and I'm so glad I did! The whole team is so lovely and welcoming from the very first visit. Dr Nick is amazing, after initial scans and assessment he came up with a clear treatment plan, I've only had 10 treatments so far but can already feel gradual improvement. For the first time in a long time I feel like I'm finally being listen to, cared for, and getting the help I need.

Warm and welcoming staff.
Comprehensive progress plans and updates.
No long waits, very quick sessions.

I cannot sing the praises of Life Balance enough. After several years of constant back discomfort and movement limitations I decided to seek treatment, it wasn't an easy decision as I had huge anxiety that it would make my condition worse but I am so pleased I did. Both Dr Josh and Dr Nick have been patient, explained every step and answered all my questions. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and encouraging. You really get to feel part of the practice rather than just a name on the list. I have only had 5 weeks of treatment but the change is quite remarkable already, I am sleeping better, moving better and my anxiety is slowly decreasing. I know I still have a long way to go but feel positive and confident that I am in good hands.

After suffering from a prolapsed disc several years ago, I’ve tried many options to rectify my persistent lower back pain. I’ve tried strong pain killers to even considering having an operation, both of which I don’t like, however after discovering Life balance Chiropractor and the dedicated treatment and advice from Dr Josh & Dr Nick I’ve gained more movement and seen a big difference in my general health and wellbeing.

I would strongly recommend anyone with any back issues to consider Life balance Chiropractic as a way forward. Each and every staff member is extremely professional and attentive to each and every client. Not only do they offer a warm friendly service but they are genuine in giving you the advice and helping you get the professional treatment you require.

If you looking for an excellent chiropractic, Life Balance Chiropractic is the place to go. They have made a big difference in helping myself and my daughter. They are extremely professional. Dr’s Josh and Nick are both helpful and make you feel at ease.
All staff are kind, friendly and make you feel welcome.
Highly recommended!

Both my wife and myself have attended for several months at Life Balance. We both had sciatica, for which we had spinal adjustments and relief from the pain and poor sleep. The continued care has helped with my mobility and posture. The staff are very helpful, friendly and the appointments arranged at times which were suitable. We would recommend Life Balance.

These guys really look after you, I went in there with several issues and I knew that there would be no quick fix, things are getting easier, but I am in for the duration

I've been using Life Balance for a while now. Great things are happening with my mental, physical and emotional health since starting my treatment here.
I'm sleeping better, I'm no longer on pain medication, I feel a lot less anxious and my hayfever so far this year has been minimal compared to previous years since my treatment began.
I strongly recommend trying Life Balance.
The people are wonderful, empathic, open, very helpful, very well educated, human and have a good sense of humour.
The environment is spacious, hygienic, gentle music, air purifiers, comfortable furniture.
After appointments you are free to sit and have water and rest a little in the reception area.
I very strongly recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Chiropractor.

Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff.

The routine and healthcare helped resolve all my issues and definitely boosted my physical and mental health.

Excellent service very professional and for me is life changing this is on a whole different level of treatment that improves you well being, and my clarity of thought has improved. I’m about half way through a treatment programme and it’s even improved the situation with my prolapse that may have the potential of not needing surgery

I had struggled for almost 3 years with pain in my shoulder and neck. I had tried everything. It was having a daily impact on my life, both personal and business. I had never seen a chiropractor and hadn't fully appreciate just what they do.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE!
These guys are serious miracle workers. Not only am I pain free now but its given me such a better outlook on what my body takes on and how to look after it better.
I cant thank Doc Josh and his team enough.
The entire team are friendly and approachable too. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough.

What a wonderful, friendly team. I’ve had back problems for years and with only a couple of sessions I’ve noticed the difference in my neck and spine already.
Would highly recommend them if people are looking for medication free recovery!
Thank you Josh and Nick!

Awesome clinic, always super helpful and professional.

Suffering from long-standing back pain due to misaligned. The team is very helpful and skilled, friendly receptionists and the practice has a welcoming and calm atmosphere. So far after some treatment sessions I can already see an improvement. Highly recommended!!!

When I started treatment I had arthritis in the knees feet and ankles and was in a lot of pain, and could hardly walk and use a stick. As a result of the treatment I am nearly pain free now and can walk without a stick easily. The healing is still continuing. In addition I had TMJ which is also linked to psoriatic arthritis. Thanks to regular adjustments that is now a thing of the past. This service is highly recommended.
