Terrible Returns Experience
My wife has returned an item to Liberty through their returns system, but despite being shown proof that the item has arrived with them via the DPD tracking, they are refusing to refund the item in question because they have not been able to find it within their premises. Customers should not be penalised for a company's bad internal stock tracking system when the customer has shown evidence of the item being delivered via the courier chosen specifically by the company for the return.

The best companies get the customer service right
Have bought a few things in recent years and delivery is prompt, with a recent beauty box delivery there was a problem and one of the products had leaked over everything. Customer services were great, responsive and replaced the items.
