He went above and beyond, answering our most complex questions, and our dumbest ones – without ever making us feel like we were stupid, or an inconvenience. Given our inexperience of buying a home, I'm sure there were things we asked of Chas that probably fell outside of his direct role, and he would still do his best to address those, or point us in the right direction.
