Although I'm retired and no longer need so many pens and notebooks and bookish things, I find it hard to resist Levenger's elegantly useful items. There are plenty of stylish gift items available too, for anyone who still has an office--or at least a desk..

Shopping at Levenger's is always a great experience. Have a variety of items, sometimes something new, but the usual is always in stock and available. I like very much the Circa items--nice variety. I enjoy using the notepads with seasonal imagery; my friends like getting notes from me on those.
When I order, items arrive in a timely fashion, secure in packaging.

Package was not delivered and you reported it was delivered, even asking me for a review of the product. It was a gift with a window in time to deliver it. Fail.

The packing of my order was insufficient. Both packs of notebook paper arrived dog-earred in one corner.

I purchased the No Room Tech Desk to have a desk surface in my living room to use my laptop, crafts or paperwork. It folds to store, has power outlets and comes with locking casters if you want to be able to roll it. It’s an all wood, beautifully made piece of furniture. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I’ve never been disappointed with Levenger products. Highly recommend!

This is a nice company, with some interesting high-quality products which are very appealing. Where they fall short is in delivery of said products. Even when they are in stock it still takes about ten days for the product to arrive. This is probably because they use ground shipping. For a high-quality company such as this, I hope they will switch to using air shipping so the customer's wait times can be reduced. For items out of stock at the time of ordering, it seems never-ending, although they do respond to emails. (I ordered a pen in late June which as of this date, August 24, has yet to arrive.) Overall, though, good quality products, good variety of products, good customer service. Just need to work on the shipping.
