Wonderful Experiences

I've purchased a few times from LePrix and all experiences were great. The items came as described, quick shipping from the seller, and the communication was transparent. I utilized the "make an offer" for one purchase and it was simple, fast, and easy to follow-up for purchase. The promo codes are fantastic and overall, I am using Le Prix more and more for secondary market purchases!

Very happy with our purchase, and the service from both the seller and from LePrix (we had a hiccough with international postage, but as soon as I asked LePrix for help, it all got sorted).

Satisfied 1st timer

Great customer service!

Avery has been super helpful! She’s assisted with several orders and been fantastic with customer service and quick responses. I was sent the wrong item by a vendor and she quickly corresponded with them and sent shipping labels for exchanging the wrong item with the right one.

I am writing to let you know of that…

I am writing to let you know that Luisa is an outstanding asset to Le Prix. I just completed a purchase through Le Prix and want to let you know how positively I was impacted by my the incredible customer service I received from Luisa.

I am so grateful to Luisa not only for the responsiveness for quickly assessing my concern and targeting the immediate solutions, but it was it kindness and being so uplifting and embracing in her approach that meant even more to me.   

I had a great difficultly on my end to manage the system and I was just so anxious and helpless fearing that I would not be able to complete the order myself.   But Luisa never skipped a beat, where clearly she could have told me to upload the document in myself, she amazingly just picked me up and said it was no problem she would stay with me to do what I needed right then and there.  And indeed she did, patiently coaching me through the process and in fact assured me she would stand by through the process. And I must say I felt she shared the excitement as things were moving along successfully. She just embraced me in such a genuine way I felt she was there for me, like a dear friend.  She was so gracious and graceful and she conveyed a joyful spirit in taking care of what I needed.  Granted she had to manage the demands of all clients as I learned she was the sole person that attended to the clients on the phone which is a daunting responsibility I can not begin to imagine. I learned this because she assured me she would be ready and able to attend to me herself if I needed to call back.
Initially, when Loisa returned the anxious phone messages I had first left, she made it her mission to reach me, calling twice because I couldn’t take the first call. And so when I heard her voice on the phone, I was so relieved but in a panic. She conveyed in her tone and demeanor that I was the most important call of the day.  Her voice is sweet and charming and so accommodating, she made me feel that she was ready to work with me and moved into troubleshooting mode with ease and seasoned expertise.

Luísa’s professionalism and knowledge of Le Prix is stellar. She is the face of Le Prix. And Le Prix is fortunate to have her working on the front lines, managing key financial transactions and critical issues that are behind the scenes. I feel strongly that Luisa is focused in every aspect of her persona and of her interaction with the client to upholding the mission of Le Prix to provide the highest quality of merchandise and effective and efficient customer service. But I believe the most important quality that Loisa has is that human touch. She makes the difference. She cared.  She listened and perceived where I was coming from, she gave me dignity in my particular journey in making the purchase and why it mattered so much and she uplifted me.  At that moment, she was my angel.  And, even more incredibly, she saw what I had not selected a new customer discount, and she took the time and made the effort to obtain approval through the financial department for it to be applied after the fact. There are so many aspects of online shopping in today’s world that are faceless and impersonal and seemingly risky. Luisa is the reason Le Prix can stand apart and achieve and maintain impeccable reputation.

Read All of the Fine Print

Ordered a watch that was sourced from Japan. Paid the invoice and was promised free shipping. Didn't know I had to pay import duties so when the watch reached the US I received a bill from DHL for $82 import duty. The LePrix rep advised that the import duty requirement was clearly set forth in the shipping terms. I feel that this should have been clearly printed on the summary of charges. Very disappointed in this.
